I know this is from 2 years ago but I was super sleuthing(LOL) because this is going to be my EXACT situation. I’m moving to Miami but my family will be in Orlando hence I will be there at least once per month. How is the Miami store? Has it opened yet? I’m very intrigued by the Orlando store as I imagine it is less chaotic than Miami but I also hear they don’t have as good of stock. Chime in if you’ve got some time for a new collector XD Thanks in advance!I want to say yes because one of the SA (there were two but one of them was more in and out of the conversation giving out opinions and just chit chatting) gave me a card and told me to email them before I fly in next time so SA can have my things ready to show me when I get there.... They even told me that in the new future they will have # so customers could communicate thru whatsapp or something similar!
AND, the SA emailed me 2 days later to thank me for stopping by and letting me know of the arrival of fresh merchandise something similar to what i was looking for. (Dont get excited, the SA wasnt spilling out any list of bags arrivals, just pointed out something similar had arrived to what I was looking in the first place)
So yeah, I think if I would have asked, I could have been lucky. I was flat out honest and directly said I wasnt looking for any B/K/C but was curious to ask if it was something they were well stocked of... to which they replied, more for locals and asked if I had an address in Orlando (which I do) so SA at check out updated my profile address so "you stay in the system as local and its easier for bag offerings (if your are interested in buying) when you come in next time you are in town" something along that line was said and thus updated my address......
What do you think? Good chance next time?
I really liked the Orlando store and all SA, but I also like my current SA in Miami as its where I have bought the most things from, tho I travel equal amount of time to either place so I think it will be hard to decide which H store to shop next time! Any thoughts?
I’m also curious about this as I now live in Miami and think I want to start a local relationship with a sa. Ivd hear mixed things about miami. Also ivd heard Orlando is great so I’m curious.

I live here and have been shopping in the store since they opened. I typically work with the same SA but everyone is super friendly. I'm not sure about stock on quota bags. I just made a wishlist a few months ago and I have been offered a Constance, but I am holding out for a B30. I'm hoping for a bag by Christmas, but my understanding is that stock is pretty low due to the pandemic.
It is a great store and I highly recommend shopping there!

I do wish they got a little more inventory. I love my Orlando SA but it seems Palm Beach (which is a tiny store) gets way more inventory.I love the Orlando boutique

I’ve been waiting for a Pegasus rodeo for awhile and my Orlando SA says they haven’t gotten one yet.
Good to know about the Pegasus! I asked for one a couple of months ago as well and my SA said she would let me know when they came in. I assumed they sold out but maybe there is still hope! Odd that they don’t get much inventory because it’s busy every time I go in.
I had a good experience with my SA but didn’t meet new ASM. Things seemed status quo but Cordell was great and will be missedIt’s been a while since we last chatted here.Bumping a bit. How has everyone’s experience been at Orlando Boutique lately? We have a new Assistant Manager now. I wonder if that would shift the store culture. I really liked the old Assistant Manager.
Has anyone had any bag luck recently? I was passed to a new SA (old one went in to management) and since then I haven’t had heard a peep. Is stock really that bad? I’ve been out of the state for the summer but back now and ready to shop. Side note - just saw Dior going in next to Hermes. Just need to get cartier back!
There were some bag stock this month. I’ve heard that they are prioritizing customers who hasn’t gotten their first quota of the year just yet. And from what I’ve gathered from friends, none of their spend threshold was low at this boutique, some are even up to 1:3-1:4 but most are around 1:1.7-1:2+… Hopefully this gets better later in the year with the current economy.
Hello im new here I recently started my Hermès journey i live close to orlando, and the orlando store has been the best experience ever, everyone is so nice and my SA is the sweetest, you guys are right about items not being in stock or taking a really long time. I’ve been waiting for a picotin since april but recently my sa has been getting me little things here and there like chypre sandals i love, a rodeo charm, evelyne mini, calvi’s and exotic orans. lots more so excited I already made my wishlist and told her exactly the things im interested in. Has anyone had any luck with bags lately at the orlando store?

Hi- Im going to be in Orlando at Easter for my holidays for a milestone birthday and I would love to get a Picotin as my birthday present to me!!! Does anyone know what the likelihood is of being able to score one… Ive only just started my Hermes journey and my closest store is in London, so not sure if Id have better luck in London??? Thanks!

This boutique has been pretty limited in stock for the past year or 2. But it’s worth a try, by the time of Easter hopefully it gets better.
I was there last February and they had ZERO bags. When I popped in again in March before heading home they had received a mini verrou in a beautiful blue (can't remember the colour) and an aline. So yes hopefully by the time Easter rolls around you may be lucky. I would suggest making multiple visits if you can. Happy Birthday
