That is fantastic. I didn't know that something ordered from website would deliver without signature required. I would not be comfortable with it at my door either. Anytime my boutique sends me something a signature is always required. For those who live or plan to visit Orlando, Florida. I was just informed by Hermes Customer Service that the option to pick up online orders from the boutique, instead of having your items shipped, will be available in about one month in the Orlando area. That is great news and will make holiday shopping easier this December. I personally would rather not have high-end items left at my doorstep.

Anyone has an experience with Hermes Orlando? I have been planning to go to Orlando for Disney cruise and Disneyland with my big family next month.
And then I just heard that a Hermes store has just opened there.. wohoo! My husband has agreed that we can drop by to Hermes maybe once or twice during our trip in Orlando. Just wondering if it is possible to get a B/K as a walk in? Any experience from those who have been there?

How was H orlando? Did you get anything from there?
I love that Calvi colourHiiiii! Sorry for the delay, I just got back home from our Orlando trip and boy we are tired!!!
Anyways, I went in to visit the new H store. I just went to check it out and end up being there 2+ hours! (And getting more than I intended)
I have been hunting and searching for a Bearn Tri-Fold wallet with no success so each store I go to I ask them if they have any.... but ended up getting:
- the last 2 classic gold mosaic mugs in the store
- mini Epson Bearn wallet in BougainVillier
- Calvi card holder in the special version for the Orlando Store opening
- Aline mini in the classic Orange (I have not taken picture of this as it’s all wrapped up for a gift)
They had many bags on display and they are ALL for sale, the SA shows you the one you like and you can purchase it (not like some other stores that are “display only”). Ofcourse, you won’t see a B/K/C, however they had Excellent selection of Lindys, Evelyn’s, Jypsier, Bolide, Garden party, Mosaique, halzan etc
Their shoe section is bigger than the Miami design district store and have more of the laid back collection! Maybe it’s because of the target and location (SA explained that most customers are there on vacations, hence the laid back selections). Same goes for their clothing, a lot of beach/summer collection. The colors of all the things they carry there are more vibrant as well, again maybe due to the target/market of customers...
I’m very happy with the store. It’s very inviting, they keep their doors open and all the SA are very friendly! Very easy going vibe, different from other stores that I have been to in the Us and Eu (less to none intimidating).
In terms of our beloved B/K/C, the SA explained that they carry less than Miami and they usually tend to offer it more to the locals, tho there have been cases that some have been offered to tourist but very rare few. I wasn’t hunting for any B/K/C as I just came back from FSH and will stay in the banned island for bags for at least 6 monthsbefore DH kills me.... so my SA was chatting with me quite openly about the store coming and goings for the past few months and telling me about our beloved bags and other new things about the brand that I didn’t know of!
In my 2+ hours no one came in asking for any of those bags nor did I see anyone offered/leaving with one...
That’s all I can report for now...![]()
