Oh my gosh I love it!! And the blue bag and twilly pull it all together so perfectly w the behapi adding the zest. N call me crazy, but do you find that the top/scarf color chosen can make our hair look different shades. I know I know how can it. But your hair seems a bit lighter in these photos. And btw, wowza the locks are looking gorgeous! So I wonder if the light shade of silk is lightening hair a bit. Mine will look lighter or darker at least in my selfies. I sometimes wonder if it’s the top/scarf colors. I’m sure it’s probably just the lighting.
And oh my the pendant is perfection pulling that lavender out.
Thank you so much @Nomad - totally agree with you that the color of top makes my hair look brighter, more golden. Often this happens with blue-green-purple jewel tones which is why a I gravitate to scarves with those more bold colors.

@EtsyBoss With your hair like this - any - ANY! - scarf will look like a knockout:smile: You look absolutely beautiful and perfectly pulled together. Stunning!
Thank you @Ashanti_Rose I'm blushing over here!

So pretty! Which CW is this please?
Hi @stephbb9 the Precious Paradise I showed in the soft yellow is #8 jaune soufre.

It almost has Cosmographia meets Index Palmarum vibes in these ties.

It’s subtle, but VERY pretty. Your pairings and ties are great, and it looks like it would be very versatile with lots of outfit colours. It reads a little more formal to me than some other designs, but that’s subjective, obviously. No doubt it’s the prettiness factor! It would be stunning on a white summer dress, too ;)

I think I’m used to seeing you in stronger colours, so maybe the softer palette is part of what’s causing you to question it? You look lovely in it, but it’s how you feel in it that counts. And you have two more options incoming to compare!

ETA: I wrote this before seeing the other responses, or your second batch of pics. I think DD vote is likely the hardest-won of all:giggle: Glad you decided to keep it. You look great 👍
Yes yes yes @Lellabelle I think it has a lot of potential with a white summer dress. I think the Cosmographia meets Index Palmarum is a perfect description of the Precious Paradise scarf. I own both of those so no surprise I was drawn to this one too.

This jaune soufre one is definitely a departure from the bold colors I favor which is what gave me pause at first. The DD is a great mirror. She has given me 1s and 2s on outfits and even demanded I not leave the house wearing things - and for that I am grateful.

Sharing one of the 3 Precious Paradise I ordered this season. I love this design so much and choosing a colorway proved to be difficult. I ordered 2 from the website (the ones that were available at the time) and this yellow / blue / pink one as a charge-send through my SA which means it's very difficult to return if I don't like it since the boutique is an 8 hour round trip away (sniffle).

This one is a soft butter yellow like those classic wedding butter mints that seemed to be all over the 80s. I saw that this yellow colorway looked to be the ONE version of this design that wouldn't be primarily white when bias folded. Instead, it looked to be blue! Winner! I wear a lot of blue and like having it near my face. The pink I can handle too and quite like it. The butter yellow.. nope. But, it can be hidden with some knotting. The blue in it is soft. In the pictures it might be coming off more gray than it actually is. The pink is pretty vibrant in spots.

I tried this one with some bright tops and some more neutral ones as well as an oddball russet that brings out some of the animals nicely - those penguins!! I love them. The whole vibe is very much spring though I think against gray it can stretch to other seasons. I'm not sure on this one to be honest. While I absolutely adore the design, I think this one will prove to be a challenge to wear. I'm a little worried I made the wrong choice. I still have 2 more to try out (peach and grey/aqua). I'm curious what you all think.

My reaction to this scarf on you can be summarized thusly:

Love Of My Life Flirting GIF by MOODMAN

My first Funny Ice Cream Twilly arrived today and guys, the colors are unbelievable! So vibrant! Actually the website pictures don't do it justice. Here it's shot in day natural light outside and indoors. It's so playfully cool!!! Actually took a photo styled on my Picotin but the colors in this one don't show properly.
And here's a thought. I've always found that ALL Hermès scarves regardless of the season look much better live than in pictures...alas in some cases we only have images to help us decide.

Omg I’m literally angry about how much I like this d*mn twilly. WHY IS IT SO CUTE??!!! Dang it H!!!

for those interested, my second pick again same design, since having my colors done
it’s cw over design for me so duplicating is ok as long as the cw adds to my collection. this is unlike anything i have. very fresh apricot, almost pastel but still very vibrant. gorgeous soft autumn colors throughout. works for autumn. would look amazing on a spring too I think.

Thank you so much for sharing this, this is the cw I’ve had my eye on. And I’m liking the tonal feel of the ivory background with the orange and beiges. You’re not willing to show it draped in a cowboy esque style are you?

Either way, congrats! It looks lovely on you.

OMG! I recently ordered the Zebre scarf ring and I think I found the ONLY Hermes item whose price DECREASED in the recent price hike. Hermes did credit me the $10 price decrease.
Oh, would you mind posting a picture when you receive it, please? I’ve looked at this several times online, and am very curious how it looks on a scarf in real life. Thanks!

I like this one a lot and just asked my SA if she has one. I think it looks stunning on you

Has anyone heard about La Vallee de Cristal twillies? I’ve gotten a lot of mixed info talking to different SA’s on some recent travels. Does anyone know H’s process on which scarves also get twillies made to match and how long does this typically take? I’m dying to have some twillies to match!! (I was able to snag the green and white/black color ways!!!)
Haven’t heard anything. I do think it would make a cute twilly though

Dear Moma and @Ashanti_Rose ,

I wanted to say thank you for pointing that out. It's a pretty scarf, and when I tie it as either a Petit bib or Sautoir style, it reminds me to the style of two other scarves I really like, Fantaisie d'Etriers and Tatersale en Zigzag.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it yet. I do like it, and it could be my first saddle scarf, but you're absolutely right – those corners are a bit tricky.

I decided to buy it online, just in case I needed to return it, and I got it right before the price went up. I also got the red Animapolis and the Blanc/Orange/Rose Della Cavalleria scarves, which are in a similar color category and I'm definitively keeping. It seems that my eyes are drawn to the red and orange colorways this season.

This week I'll be devoting some time to sorting through my SS24 collection and deciding which scarves I'll keep, which ones I may return, or if there are any I'd like to swap for. Unfortunately, the lack of natural light lately has been making this decision-making process a bit slow.

There's a lot of blank space with this design (although I like it a lot!) - I feel like you already have several scarves in these colors, though. Is this a keeper?

I agree with @momasaurus - I thought exactly the same. Very similar to other saddle scarves - and IMO the predecessors had more interesting designs and CWs…

@SilkCouture You can make any scarf look WOW:) but you can also check other saddles scarves (Selle de Dignitaire, Selle des Steppes - recent onces, or Selle d'Apparat Marrocaine (older one - 2008ish), or Selle Grand Tenue. Dignitaire IMO has less empty space but arguably in a different style as opposed to Gaucho...
