I love how you have styled the twilly with the scarf ring and shirt. I’m going to give that a go (when I buy a scarf ring)

Menthol and Vert Amande. Much more green/teal than the photos are showing. I said I wouldn’t be getting a silk this season, but I think this may be coming home with me.

Thank you so much for showing your mod shots of the Marine/Bleu Noir/Orange c/w 09 - I can now see it on a couple of sites, though not EU ones yet, and as has been pointed out is reminiscent of Fantaisie d’Etriers (with its large dots) but this c/w does look very good in the richer colours. Adding web pics for reference.

I was all set to dislike this design, with its childish theme, candy colours and soooooo much empty space, but it looks SO much better on black. It minimises the negative space somewhat. I do love designs with colour and movement on a black background field...

edited to add - that wasn’t to disparage these things, they’re what makes the design fun. Just not my style!

And I wanted to like this design, because it’s so silly, but being in my 50’s I figured it would be too childish for me to wear comfortably. But I agree - the black background really pulls it together! I was all ready to go for a twilly, but the colors were too pastel. I had some hope with cw 08, Beige Doré / Émeraude / Rouge, but although I like the colorful ice creams, the brown background is not for me. This 70 may just fill the gap!!! Unless they do a black twilly - even better :smile:

Agree. And I definitely couldn’t make a 70 work as a top! That’s an ambitious promo photo from H :lol:
