Thank you! I wasn’t expecting to find a cw that I liked in Costume de Fete but when the SA pulled this one out, I knew it was the one. I love the pops of purple in it!

Edit: the purple in the flowers does not actually show that much in this corner - sorry!
I am not surprised at all - saturated colours, rich tones and high contrasts all suit you very well. Check, check and check!

Demonstrating some Arts and Crafts today. My Sticky Art Flexible Mirror sheet arrived in the mail from Amazon. ($9.99 for 12 inches x 78 inches, of which I only needed 6 inches x 4 inches).

With the help of DH I peeled off part of the backing paper and rolled it into a cylinder that sticks to itself.

And, I'm off checking the anamorphic pictures on Les Anamorphoses. Here are a few quick shots.

The viewing angles are everything, and so is the flatness of the scarf itself, so please forgive these quick and blurry snapshots.

I'm still expecting Hermès to send out mirrored sheets to everyone who purchased Les Anamorphoses. I was just impatient to try it for myself.

I am set on buying only one 90 from each season. I will continue collecting scarves from each season and I foresee my collection getting out of control if I buy everything I love.

I am torn between the Chevaloscope and Le Carnival des Animaux. I didn’t like how the animals looked in carnival, but you ladies wear it so well and I can’t stop thinking about it. As for Chevaloscope, I love the blush pink background of one of the color ways. I don’t have any pink scarves and I feel this would be a good way to start adding some pink. Plus I love the design. It’s unique and not too busy when worn.

Which one would you pick?

It sounds like a stronger argument for pink Chevaloscope to me!

GENIUS idea for your scarf to use the reflective sheets until the cylindrical mirrors arrive. My Hermes told me that the cylinders (like the dice from the Pierre Marie "Tour in 24 Spaces" from a few years ago) won't show up until 2 months after they receive the scarves. I want one of these but will wait for the whole package to arrive at my store before I purchase. I am intrigued by this! Love the colorway you picked!

I think you are leaning towards the Chevaloscope. The pink sounds dreamy!! I have the white background Chevaloscope and LOVE IT! I am waiting for spring to wear it. When is Tulipomania by Aline Honore show up? I can't wait for that one!

you nailed it with your sixth scarf sense. How will you combine this Costume?
Meaning how will I combine it with my wardrobe? I have several pieces that I can wear with it with my first closet attempt. I don’t know how to link my post with 3 or 4 different tops and ties. My closet leans this way anyway for colors. Pinks, purples, blues, greens. I don’t own any mustard for sure, or red really. If my closet didn’t already lean with these colors in this costumes then I’d have a really tough time.
I HAD to own one for love of theme and this was the best with my complexion. It wont be a workhorse, but it is stunning with the right colored top!

Thank you, yes that's what I meant. My closet is mostly neutrals, black, navy, light grey, dark grey, ivory. I will try more with my wardrobe. Couldn't decide between this or @LKBNOLA 's mauve but this made me feel more excited.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I was in two minds on this scarf, on one hand it is such a unique concept I do find very appealing but on the other hand some of the pictures make me a bit uncomfortable>.< Sadly I think I will have to pass on this scarf as I don’t see myself wearing it, your sharing of these pictures have helped me avoid an expensive mistake =)
