For those of you deciding on Cheval Sirene, here are some basic real life shots of cw08 jaune d'or/gris/rose. As @Maedi says, this has two VERY convincing sides. Really quite different so a real two for one in this case. It has a beautiful rich hand, like most double faced and you can see it has "Shirley" corners and will tie very well. Hope this helps!

Sure is beautiful and looks like 4 different scarves. Thanks for the mod shots.

Very beautiful @LKBNOLA - all colors are "yours" and it drapes beatuifully! The yellow/gray side's pairing is very unusual and fresh!

It’s beautiful in person. I tried it at the boutique yesterday. Made me consider asking H to pleat one of my lesser user scarves
You can reach out to Tie Crafters in NYC - they will pleat any of your H scarves. Not sure if they will pleat cashmere shawls - but 90 scarves for sure. Cost about $100, maybe slightly more nowadays. H can do a special order too - but they will send it to France and it will most likely take 6+ months - or that's what I have heard.

I had the opposite problem, I think @citykitty24 -- always have to be careful with warmer neutrals like vanilla and cream. I adore the yellow and wished so much that I could pull it off! Still would love to see the brighter white (01) shown below that was on the Australian site:

As for the knot, I learned it from @cherrybjpn's instagram tutorial. She calls it a "Bow Knot" starting from a triangle bias fold. To stay on topic I will make a demo of her knot for the how-to thread. If you are on instagram you can easily find it! Simple and pretty. Any scarf ring will work (even my shawl ring served in a pinch!).
Thank you for the advice about the Instagram tutorial! I found it.

On another note, some of the CWs of Cheval Sirens are very pretty now that I see them here!

Oh, dear, this is gorgeous. I especially admire the pink and blue side but it’s fabulous all around. Having two scarves in one does make it easier to pay the higher price.

It does seem more different than other double faced, though I felt that way with Orphee also...When does yours arrive? I am so curious to see!
I live in a state in Australia called Western Australia - WA - we all say it stands for "Wait Awhile"!! It's coming from Sydney, so hopefully will be here in the next few days. Fingers crossed it will be a WOW scarf!!! I love yours, very special.

Sharing a few mods of the Retour a la Nature #5. It's such a beautiful design. I found it incredibly difficult to choose a colorway because I already have Faubourg Tropical and didn't want to duplicate too much. I opted for this one because it's nothing like anything else I own and a fun mix of brights and pastels. Not sure it works on my coloration though! It's sooooo so pretty but I am struggling to be happy / elated to wear it. I haven't tried it against white yet, that's next. I tried it against beige but it fell flat. I may muster up the courage to wear yellow if I have to in order to enjoy this one! All ideas welcome. Perhaps a different tie / knot.

I love it. It is so delicate and refined. I think it is perfect with your complexion, at least as far as one can see with this lighting, and lovely on this fuchsia pink sweater, @EtsyBoss.
