Love Alice Shirley’s natural world work, and since I have a German Shepherd that howls at times, this AS was a must have! It’s a much more subdued cw, but still very pretty blues blacks and greys. When I put that much tension on mine, the metal elastic bands that hold the magnets and hook over the post fly off when I try to put the 4th one on! Still waiting for H to get back to me. I’ve used hair elastics, but would rather not.And when I put it up, I thought of you, as when I was putting the corner pieces on I noticed some koalas I hadn’t previously spotted!

I love her work too, I've been eyeing the Awooooo. I saw it in Barcelona a few weeks ago and haven't been able to get it out of my mind, but I'm trying to keep myself in check. So far my H collection is literally just an Alice Shirley collection. When I was in art school my "dream" was to do exhibits for a natural history museum so to me she's just amazing all around. I hope one day to meet her!

First post, so please excuse any newbie mistakes! I own a few Hermes scarves and am in love with l'ombre des Pivoines in the blanc/orange/vert CW. I noticed that this scarf is not available on the US website. Do you anticipate it becoming available later? I certainly hope that I haven't missed the window to purchase. Thank you!
I'm a newbie, too, @mlchs. I saw only a couple of the new Pivoines scarves (not the one you are seeking, but two with blue) on the US website, and they disappeared the day after they appeared. I am sure they will restock them (or at least I hope they will) in the very near future. I would keep on checking the website in the morning, afternoon, and evening, although I have found the most new additions to the US website (thus far) in the evenings. Thank you for your kind words DrTr! Yes, I think I'm enjoying my ride down the slippery orange slide! My credit card on the other hand is planning to run off with the leafless money tree! But I do agree that at least my little collection has made me quite happy so far. I'm really enjoying this PF community to learn more as well.

No worries ladies, we are just at the start of the season! Many boutiques haven’t gotten any of the new scarves yet. My boutique hasn’t getting any Pivoines and only got one silk 140 so far. They trickle in to the boutiques shipment by shipment (some stores get shipments daily) and the season will last a few months.
