Based on my understanding, it is usually given to those who have gotten their QB. I think a few ladies previously shared similar notes too. It may differ from SA or store tho...

I think it really depends. My girl friend is not yet qualified for QB but she has gotten a mini Lindy

1:1 or slightly above 1:1…

I have not heard of cases in SG whereby prespend for any qb is less than 1:1 so far. Excluding the long term customers, of course.

Same, bought and he didn't like so I returned for other items. No refunds iirc

yes, you can return for credit...i think you may have to still use within the same category but i stand corrected.

Yah I think it really depends too and we’ve always been talking about building profile, building relationship, pre-spend, buying across categories etc. The general consensus seems to be that ML & MK etc all come after first or second QB. Exceptions can happen and it’s solely at the discretion of the store’s SM and SA. Who knows in this case, @orangetree’s friend may have clocked a fair bit of pre-spend across categories and has waited for quite some time for her QB. So as a sob, SA offered ML.

But I hope that this doesn’t give the false impression to newbies that it is 100% possible. I’m not saying that it’s not impossible either. In the world of Hermes, anything is possible if you have the spending power.

If you are willing to spend the anount of money worth a property in Singapore solely on Hermes prespend, anything and every bag is possible for you…

Too bad i don't have strong spending power. i can only afford to buy once in a while hopefully working towards a mini lindy and a quota bag in years to come....
