Hi All, don't know if this is a silly question or not, but when Hermes increases their prices, are other categories (non-wearable items) such as tableware/homeware affected as well? And do they usually follow the percentage increase or usually increase less? Thanks!

i think it depends on the popularity of the homeware items
The items that are frequently OOS had varying degrees of price increase ie the H deco mug/ breakfast cup / some mosaique items . Anw Hermes home ware items take many months to come- SA told me up to 1 year . If you like it just get them early !

Hi all, been a silent follower and have read through couple of pages but I don’t think this was addressed (sry if it has been!).

Used to buy from resellers and overseas (regrets now!), and lately I have been thinking to start building my profile/ relationship at one of the local stores because I’ve grown to appreciate all the products from various departments! I understand most recommend to walk in and if there’s chemistry - that’s great!

But here’s the question - the first SA I met with (I thought we got along fine) gave me the name card after I completed my purchase. I requested for it and briefly mentioned that I would like to build my profile as well. However she mentioned to call the general hotline if I have any queries and she would try her best to help. Should I take it that she is not keen to work with me since she didn’t pass me her direct work mobile number? Or is this expected/ the norm and I should call the hotline and make an appointment/ look for her again?

Sounds to me your SA not keen to work with you. I went to 1 store and the SA is uninterested as well.
So I change store, only bought 1 pair of shoes to start my journey and we had some small talk in the same visit, and SA shared her work mobile number with me.
I guess you have to find one whom you have chemistry with. Good luck!

Thanks!! happy for you that you found a SA that you could work with! Would you think it’s fine if I stay with the same outlet but maybe walk in and find another SA?

Definitely! Since you just started, it wouldn’t be that awkward. The first SA may not remember you too (pardon if I’m straightforward). Just thinking that they meet hundreds of people a day. And you get to accumulate your first spending too.

Hi all, may I please tap your knowledge.. Is there such thing as overspending? My spending the last 6 months is probably >4X the QB spread towards different categories (RTW, FJ, orans, belts, calvi etc) and I’ve yet to get offered a QB. I don’t mind waiting but just want to understand if spacing it out works better? To be fair, in return I got offered a to go and 24/24 in between. I did raise the possibility of getting QB anytime soon but was told by my SA that he will keep a lookout. I don’t mind waiting but just wondering if overspending works against me. I like all the items purchased so no regrets but just want to understand the system better
