hi everyone! can i check if I must spend my prespend with 1 SA or can I spend it across Hermes outlets in Singapore? Cos I have a really nice SA in MBS but everything I want is always OOS, but I found the shoes I wanted in Changi Airport Terminal and a super lovely SA there too!! I

Each boutique = separate profile
They can see your record in whole SG including online but are treated separately.

I just got my Cape cod double tour pm version in my fav etoupe colour! The SA did ask if I wanted to customise and the waiting time was 5 to 6 mths. My eyes opened really wide at this. I decided since its there, and it's in the color that I wanted, I got it on the spot. Hopefully it will be one step closer to getting my dream bag.

Depends on what you need to carry? I like 18 for being able to crossbody. But it does not really fit all I want. 24 size is better but does not cross body as well.

I prefer C24 but I am quite petite so I can cross body.

I would like to know about this too! And is it considered QB here? And does it have a long waiting time?

I remember reading somewhere in this forum that KP isn't offered v often in other countries (eg. US). TIA!

C24 for me, cos i feel C18 cant really fit much for a bag that size.. I rather get smth w the C design that can fit more.. But then small bag is in trend now, so it can be a dilemma...

I think as you start your journey, let it be known you want to work towards a QB and then ask the SA to guide you. The 1:1 prespend is just a yardstick. In reality is often more due to surge in demand, but you may also get lucky and go less than 1. So better to check with your SA
