I did casually ask at Taka front door staff when getting q-num and that SA is still there. Not sure y SA(Taka) is unfriendly now.

anyway, MBS SA offered a Evelyn mini. I’m not sure bc 1) is Evelyn mini a prespend or 2) if I accept evelyn mini, would my spending have to restart for that Kelly?

Taka SAs are very busy. Hence don’t have the time to be friendly. Until you become a regular like friends.
But you definitely have to msg the sa at the hp to fix appt.
mbs would be more casual and friendly but it’s getting pretty busy too. End of the day, they are doing their job as sales and they face many customers every day. It takes time for them to assess who can be genuine long term customers

Bags do not count as pre-spend

Take the e mini if u like the design because it can be hard to get

Hi ladies

I am new here! Great to see many Hermes lovers here!
I usually do shopping with my mum and I want to slowly build up my own profile. However, my SA from MBS seems too busy for me.
I have been messaging my SA, but no response. I also understands that MBS do not have much items compared to Liat. I even asked for a mini Lindy, my SA told me that don't bother getting it. It is very hard to get it.

Would like to know if I should go Liat Tower Hermes instead? Anyone has any SA from Liat Hermes to recommend me?
If you do have any SA to recommend, can I trouble you to pm me your SA please.

Actually if any SA is unfriendly, just take it that he/she doesn’t have anything to offer. In the best interest for the customer is to back off, otherwise bound for frustration and disappointment.

There are so many customers demanding things from them that they have to “chase them off with a stick”.

Some are just SA or assistant supervisor or whatever.

But if u r not intending to throw money type or both u and the senior SA hit it off like long lost friends, don’t go for Senior SAs. They have a lot of established clients that they may not be able to give you the time of the day or the things you want (assuming u r after what everybody else r after).

In any case, if u want to choose, go for the one who offered u a mini Evelyn. It’s a friendly gesture.

I’m just wondering, if I make an appt and so happen that for that trip to H there’s nth that catches my eye, will it look bad to leave empty handed? So far I’ve been lucky that everytime I visit H, there’s something that I like for me to purchase. I do not wish to “offend” my SA

no, you already spent $30k on non-bags. so $30k is your QB prespend effectively.

what i was told from my SA is that, if you accept a Non Quota bag while waiting for your QB, the QB may get delayed. But my take is that this rule is flexible / acts as a deterrent from buying too many bags.

Btw, is C18 considered as qb?

I don’t think u need to worry about offending your SA. If you scroll back maybe within 100 pages or so, u will realize that anyhow buy the things you don’t like will just make yourself frustrated. It might also “spoil” your SA to not get you the things you want going forward coz you will anyhow buy anyway.

I was corrected. there are 3 stores - one standalone, one in a department store, and 1 in the airport

AMS is one of the hardest stores to get a bag. One and only Hermes store in the country

With borders opening up, has anyone visited H stores at airports and overseas? How is the stock level?

I was at H at airport. Stocks are low too. Managed to get a story scarf that was not available at liat and a rodeo. Only 1 twilly design available.
