Oh dear. I’m facing the same issue and now I’m thinking perhaps we had the same SA…

Ooof me three -- haven't heard from my Taka SA since before Christmas, not even a bog-standard Christmas or New Year greeting from her. Just absolute silence for what feels like too long now. Guess will go enquire at the store one day when I'm in the area and have some time

I’ve been contacting my SA at taka on her work mobile but she hasn’t replied. It’s been 2 weeks or already. Did anyone experience this before? She has always been v friendly and all.. so I’m surprised by her radio silence. Can anyone advise what I can do?

This is quite common. The SAs are super busy during the day and she could have overlooked your message. Drop her another message or reminder.

Can ask the store to assign you another SA so you don’t have to look for one.
