Hello ladies and gents! I am not sure if this is the right place?
But I wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about this year (Chinese New Year) red envelopes ?
My country doesn’t (ever) order them, I am quite bummed about that :-s
Thank you
Came across this on the gram on how it looks…

Omg this is so cute :crybaby:  Does your store, usually, gifts them to their customers? I am living in Italy atm and even though the Asian communities is pretty big they don’t have these
They are as it's the year of the Tiger this year..I am in Australia and I did ask last year but it was all given out probably to regular clients...I have since changed SA/store of purchasing and my current SA has put 2 sets against my profile but they are still waiting for it...I do not think all countries would have it...it's so hard to say isnt it?? I think it may be the same for other brands as well....LV may get it...check with them?

Hello, I will be transferring through Changi airport and planning to shop at Hermes stores at T3 and T1. Does anyone happen to know how the inventory at these 2 stores is like? Is there a good chance to walk in and pick up a non-quota bag (e.g. Picotin 18, Halzan 25, mini 2424) at Hermes Changi? TIA

I heard last year that mini lindys are offered to clients who already scored their bkc. Not too sure if that is still the case.
I overheard a conversation between an SA and his 2 clients while waiting to try the SS22 RTW. The SA basically confirmed what @Justlikewhatilike said ie you’ll be offered the mini Lindy after collecting your B/K. He said something like, “you have to trust me. If I can offer you a B/K, of course you will get a mini Lindy. But you can only get it after you received your K ok”. I assume that client is already approved for a K and is waiting for it.

No idea as I Didn’t ask about restocks though. I was aiming for the plain tops which I saw in XHS but I guess it’s sold on first day of launch.
PSA: There will be limited RTW stock coming in again. And guess what - apparently each store carries different RTW items (SA shared this). I asked for a cardigan that my friend tried at another store but it wasn’t available at the store I patronise.

Every store in the world carries their own unique selection of RTW ordered at Podium by the RTW manager or SM. This applies even to FSH. It's been thus for decades and yes it's tough to stick to one store when you spot something you would like from another. You could put in a transfer request. How your SA handles it varies, some may be able to do it by exchanging another RTW piece with that other store.

Thanks for sharing @periogirl28. SA said she’ll check with the ambassador. No idea what she means. Is that the RTW mgr? Not sure if I heard wrongly.

And what’s the diff btw Podium and push? So podium means what the SM specially orders certain pcs? And push means it’s parachuted in by HQ as surprises for special customers

I’ve not heard the term ambassador used so I can’t help there. Podium is the twice yearly event when the SMs and other dept managers of larger stores travel to Paris to do the entire half year buy. Including bags, shoes, RTW etc etc. It’s been online during Covid I am sure. This basically stocks the store for the whole season.
Push offers are items including bags which cannot be produced in sufficient amount to be offered at the Podium buy. So when these are available, Paris offers then to individual stores on a case by case basis. It’s up to the SM to accept the piece, normally already with a client in mind.
