Stick with your SA and visit once in a while. If ever you’ll buy anything, make sure it is with your SA.

Yup! I agree. Your SA seems like a really nice person. It’s rare. She has given you really good advice. Let her take care of you.

Hi,

Need your expert advise here. Do anyone of you know if it is easier to get our desired items at Liat store as compared to NAC store. Reason being, my cuz bought a pair of shoes in OCT and I requested for a picotin. The SA we met were really patient, brought us around the store and showed us quite a lot of things. She was rather lovely and she said she will put me on a waitlist for picotin.

Fast forward 1 month later and I still haven't got any news of the picotin or SLG that I asked for. I have messaged her twice and she replied no stocks, will keep me updated or not sure.

I am just wondering if it is so difficult to get my desired item and I have to wait for "unknown" number of weeks each time, could it be the same situation in Liat store?

Since I have not start any spending, would it be weird for me to head to Liat to ask for the same item since the previous SA had put on a waitlist on the other store?

Went to purchase some fashion jewellery at Liat Tower and was offered the Picotin 18 in Anemone. However, I turned it down as it was not the colour I have in mind. Overall, I had a great store experience there and I felt the service was even better as compared to Taka's.

I think u may get similar experience across 3 stores on requested items. I have waited 5 to 6 months for SLGs, homeware items and 9 months for fine jewellery and counting.

Appreciate if others could correct me if I am wrong.

Out of curiosity, what specs did you ask for? For example, if you requested for a P18 in some holy grail colour like pink Sakura or gold on gold, you may have to wait for some time.

All of us play the waiting game and waiting is actually better coz it somewhat curtails your spending!

I’ve waited 3-6months for SLG. Home decor usually 4-6months. FJ varies the most. For one highly desired Finesse, my SA offered me on the spot because I happened to be there at the right time. I suspect someone ordered and rejected it. Other FJs, OMG I waited forever.

Personally for me, Liat and MBS are on par for service. Taka ranks third. But having said that, they are not rude or anything.

I requested for classic colours like etoupe/gold/black
