Hey everyone, I'm a newbie and have been stalking the forum for quite some time as I just started to be interested in Hermès. I am particularly interested in having a Herbag as my entry-level Hermès purse and have been desperate to purchase it online (as I've seen quite a few of it but I never managed to successfully check out) - and visiting the boutique is quite daunting for me

I tried to visit the boutique starting last week and went to MBS, and the SA I've met is nice on the F2F interaction, but she told me she has no Herbag available and not even helped to check on the system whether they had one in other boutiques; she's also not keen to even share her name (let alone giving her WA numbers lol). I read some similar experiences here, but still, the disappointment feeling lingers

I told my husband that I am still curious to try and purchase the bag this year, so today, after I left for work, I decided to visit Liat Tower and arrived around 7.30PM. The security guard asked me whether I had made an appointment or not, and I told him no. The guard is not rude or anything, but he flatly told me they would be closed at 8.00PM, but he still allowed me to meet SA.

I waited less than a minute inside, and SA, with the initial 'A' came and greeted me. She asked me if I looked anything in particular, and I told her I came looking for a sandal, either Santorini or Avenue (because I am not sure if they will have the bag). She brought me to the second floor, which she was accommodating by asking my size, what colors I liked. She brought me several options of Santorini(s), and she even made a lovely gesture in complimenting my look when I tried the sandals. I decided to purchase the sandal, and that's when I asked her, "By any chance, do you have any Herbag?" and she asked me, "Which color do you like?", I told her something neutral in a darker color and THEY HAD IT IN TRICOLOR LEATHER (marine canvas, saphir/noir/RG sellier leather combi) . She also showed me another two colors in the new season in beige and pink salmon with beautiful waving canvas details - but I decided to stick with the darker one.

This is my first successful purchase at Hermès boutique, and yes, I feel so lucky and beyond happy to meet with this SA. After paying my bills, I shyly asked if I wanted to purchase another item next time, should I look for her? and that's when she gave me her name card with her Business Account WA numbers where she told me to WA her here 2 days prior my desired appointment date. Wish me luck with my Hermès journey with her :')
Welcome to dark side! But rest assured that you have a community of supportive ladies who are here to share your happiness, your thrills, your woes and your angst.

Collected the watch last week and am in the queue for a QB. Asked for a unicorn B25. Will let you ladies know if my wish comes true. But in order to get my unicorn bag, I’m prepared to wait. My pre-spend was also higher than usual seasons. Not sure if it helps.

Oh yes before I forget, SA said that some customers were still waiting on their watches.
May I ask what watch did you get

Congratulations. I think you came after I left yesterday. I was there to exchange belt for DH. Picked up a Giant Triangle too.

Wow! Congrats!! Wondering how much did you have to purchase in order to be offered SO? Care share which outlet did you go? Any tips?
Hi! im from India. for my first quota bag i didnt spend that much maybe 0.6 but after that i bought from different categories, tableware, scarves, shawl, ties, shoes, RTW also a mini evelyn and few men's belts and cufflinks and a blanket, and i told my SA that i was after craie which he said was very difficult to come by but then i guess because of a great relationship with my SA he invited me to place an a la carte order:smile: he also got me my dream bag K28 togo gold on gold so i would say besides purchase history a great relationship with your SA really helps. being polite and being patient is the key according to me............ hope this helps

I’m thinking about colours for my first Kelly bag in size25. I’m definitely going to request for a ghw but I’m unsure if I should get the black since I already have a Lindy26 in black with ghw. I have another bag in etoupe. I wanted to request for a gold kelly so I complete the “collection” but I’m also feeling a little adventurous and is open to blue/green/grey. Any good advice for my first quota bag? Thank you in advance!
May I ask did u manage score a kelly in singapore ? I heard that buying entry level bags not considered as quota bag...is it true for your case...

Which outlet did you go for this?

I was also hoping to get a craie/white bag... but looks like I've a long way to go

Hi ladies,

I was wondering will it sound not so nice if I were to start asking the SAs in how to get a k/b in stores since it seems to me that different people have varying experiences for their 1st bag.

You are a lucky girl! I was told in Singapore, 1:1 pre-spend is needed to score a QB especially for the 1st QB.
