I'm curious - do your SAs always only show you one quota bag at one time? I was shown one option, but wasn't sure. I was told there was another bag that I was considering buying, but if i wanted to see that bag instead, I'd have to reject this bag first and it'd have to be packed away. So basically can't compare the two bags side by side....

This is the general rule. But again depends on your SA/profile etc. exceptions can be made where you can be shown 2 or more at the same time.

Hi ladies. I’m starting my H journey real soon. So seek some tips from the Pro here, what type of fine Jewelry do you think would be worth collecting from H? It seems like CDC bracelet pretty popular but it unfortunately doesn’t retain the value very well.
Appreciate any tips :), thanks in advance.

None of H jewelry retains its retail value because it’s well known that fine jewelry is a quick way to build one’s profile. People would rather pay full price to get it from the store to know that it’s authentic and get the profile credit, than save a little money buying on resale.

I’m not a FJ person for H, but i find the finesse bracelet is so so pretty! I saw it on my fren. I find it easy to match. But she said it can flip here & there :yucky:

I’m more of a fashion jewellery person. Love almost the whole range, but my top 3 favs are: KDT, clic H, & as de coeur cuff bracelet

Anyway, just get the items that you love. Once u start the journey, u’ll forget abt re-selling it anyway. Just enjoy & wear all of them!

+1. I think few folks would purchase second hand FJ (used or not) from Hermes at close to retail. Hermes is not the best brand to get FJ from if you care about the pieces retaining value (vs. VCA etc.). My advice is to get pieces that you like instead of pieces that will sell better.

Agree that it’s abit different from what she told me previously as well. But when i wanted to bring up the topic of the QB she seems like she didn’t want to talk much about it and told me definitely approved just waiting to match the colours. And whenever i make purchases i have to reiterate that it’s for the next next bag right and she just say yes will put in system that it’s for next next bag. But after my watch arrive which shld be v soon i will have hit my next next QB as well. i have been waiting 4 months for this currently QB (gave many many many options) so i’m just wondering if this is normal.

A bit different from what I understood tho. I have reached the pre-spend required and am waiting for a bag. Then 2 weeks ago, I went to pick up an item which SA has reserved for me as it has arrived. Took the item/paid and was browsing around when SA mentioned do you want to take a look at the RTW, but then next sentence she said, oh you are waiting for a bag now, then don't see first, wait till your bag arrived. So my understanding is, even if you have hit the pre-spend and waiting for a bag, as long as your bag has not arrived and not paid for, whatever you spend currently does not count to the next QB. Currently, my customized watch will be arriving probably in Nov and if it comes earlier than my bag (which is highly likely), the watch spending is still towards this current bag . SA mentioned if the bag cannot be fulfilled by this year, then will be early next year as I just got a K in May this year.

Agree. That is why I play safe when it comes to pre spend. Even if the SA says that your spending after hitting the pre spend will go to your next quota bag, what is stopping them to change otherwise? They can easily say “rules” have changed etc. Personally, I wouldn’t purchase items of significant value until I received the bag just to make sure it will count towards the next.

This is probably going to be a bit controversial but ladies, why don’t you consider making a trip to Paris next year (Q1 or Q2) to get your B/K instead of debating here if you should be spending before the next QB arrives. I mean of course the leather goods appt is not guaranteed. There’s an element of chance that you have to gamble with. Just take it that you’re having a vacation.
