I’ve bought several B/K/C at Paris FSH and George V for the past five years. I also have an established profile at both stores. It is still not that easy. If you go to Paris with the intention of only getting a bag, there is a chance you go home heartbroken.

Couldn’t agree more.

I don’t know how else to put it across but it’s just a B/K/C. Spend at your own pace and when it comes it comes. If you want a shortcut, yes you can in Paris but it’s a gamble. And at the end of it, please buy what you love and not just coz it counts into your quota.

I read that the appointment are really hard to get, even with the less tourist situation now. Then even with appointment might only guarantee you B/K or C but in very random specs. Not sure tho, just reading here and there..

Yes this is true. The online appointment now is for the three stores unlike before where it applies only to FSH. They receive approximately 8000+ appointment requests a day. Some have tried for 14 days but were still unsuccessful, some were lucky enough to get appointment in the first few days of trying. It helps if you have an established relationship with an SA already but still not guarantee - and we are just talking about getting an appointment.

I only buy things I like, not even think i ever can be offered a K:lol:.
When not anticipated and got it definitely feel in cloud nine.

Even when you have an appointment, there is no guarantee that you will get a B/K/C, regardless of specs. They might genuinely not have any in stock when you’re there, or they do but choose not to sell to you (for whatever reason) etc. There is not even any guarantee for non-BKCs if you’re only after other popular bags like mini Lindy.

Yea.. With H, nothing is guaranteed, guess applies to worldwide stores, haha... True, it's like gamble, some just get super lucky to score that appointment and that B/K/C. Actually even with mini Lindy, it's very lucky already.
That's why somehow, the local store are still a bit of a safer bet and a long term relationship to work with, though a lot of patience is required:biggrin:
For my case, I did not even plan for my next QB, is just so happen that my SA shared with me the watch event and I like it and decided to go for it. My SA actually expected that my QB will arrive before my watch and she was also expecting that the watch will count towards the next QB, so we did not come in to the topic about if purchases after wish list and before QB arrive counts, I bought some small items too, that time there are new arrival scarfs & twillies but I did not ask if these purchases counts, I suppose it's not nice to ask also..:blush: but for now, no news yet for both QB and Watch.. so it's like crossing fingers that the watch arrive later??? but if it does arrive earlier, then I think I will need a little bit of courage to ask about it :facepalm:

Hello! I'm new to H and was wondering if you all had some insight on whether the spending to hit the 1:1 ratio for a quota bag has a time limit. Would I need to spend the 1:1 amount within a calendar year? Like if I started spending now, I have until next Oct to spend that amount. Or does the timing start from Jan to Dec? In which case starting now in Oct would be too late, and I should start my H journey in Jan.

My SA told me pre spend don't go by calendar year and won't expires after Dec but she did not specify if there is a expiry date to it. I think it is also ideal to make a trip to the store after awhile... say few months or when there are new launches? somehow to maintain the relationship and stuffs.. lol...
