It’s so hard to get mini evelyn :sad:
Try changing your SA or asking another SA for it. I have been asking for it from my SA but was always told there are no stock. Then I changed to a different SA from the same store and got into the queue for it. My previous SA refused to add me to queuing system and told me to try to get it from online instead since the stocks are low in store.

Does anyone know if it is harder to get a mini Lindy or mini Evelyne? I love the look of the mini Lindy.
I heard that mini lindy is reserved for vip. I was told that it is much easier to get a birkin/kelly bag than a mini lindy. This is because bkc depends on your purchase history whereas mini lindy depends on your purchase history and loyalty to Hermes over many years.

If you spend a huge amount within a year/a few months and ask for mini lindy, hopefully your SA can get one for you too.

I heard mini Lindy is wayyyyyyy harder! My gf who doesn’t have a purchase history got mini evelyne. I always forget to ask for Mini Lindy, I’ll try to ask and let you know what she says - I’m at bottom of the chain and my SA has always been very honest with me lol.

Sounds like mini lindy a bonus bag after qualifying for a bkc.

I don’t understand why some SA’s can be so dismissive like that and just say try get online. Isn’t it good that we want to buy directly from them? When I first shopped with my SA, she also just said try online dismissively. It’s not until I bought a dress and shoes from her and she checked my profile then she was super nice and even brought up quota bags.

Don’t mind can you share how did you make the transition of SA? Was it awkward ?

I went the store a few times and queue for a different SA. It was really awkward and I don’t know if I will change store…

When I went to collect the bag, I met with another SA (because the SA was not working on that day). The new SA was really nice but didn’t want to share her namecard or contact with me after knowing who was my first SA. I wasn’t able to change SA successfully till now.

I think changing store is easier which I am open for that if I have anything else I want to get.

Hi guys, been getting into Hermes lately and starting to enjoy some of the stuff. Any advice? I don't really have an SA and I just want to get a few items to start out that I like, oran sandals, the belt etc. But they are always out of stock at the store and the SAs I get just ask me to get it online. Is it worth shopping at the stores in person? I see most of the stuff I want are in-stock online and I don't have to deal with bad service. But I feel that the best thing about luxury is the in-store experience. Thoughts?

I reckon no one wants to step on each other's toes in the same store. the issue for me is that i already have a pretty decent history with this store and I believe changing store will erase all that (correct me though if Im wrong). but if you have very little to lose from original store, I agree it will be easier to switch to a different store and start afresh than stay with original store under a new SA.

If you are after a quota bag, it would be better to visit the store so you leave an impression.
Generally speaking, your frustration with the lack of products in store is a common one. Sorry, not much of help here except empathy. Read the chats from before, there are some tips shared just recently about better shopping experience.

I am not looking into bkc at the moment so it doesn’t matter to me. I was considering kelly danse but some told me it is a quota bag in SG and some said it is not. I’m not in a rush to get it and is open to get it when travel resumes.
