I’ve bought two bags from Lux before (both Jay and Flo are super professional). I bought directly from their store in Singapore. In fact I’ve just sent into H spa the first B I got from them last year and now waiting on a quote

I did check it out. The selections online are quite limited though. I think they still encourage you to visit the store. The website here in Malaysia is the same. Not much choices. Although the H shops in SG have way more selection than here in KL.

They have a big reputation of being quite snobby so they have become friendlier. They use to scold people who ask them about authenticity or if u ask too many question, i recommend in malaysia eclairetalier(have have big clientele so you can trust), singapore have many good reseller, ruelamode troyvebysgd , obsg, yourauthenticreseller

Bought both Kelly & Birkin from them; for my wife. No I did not authenticate with any 3rd party before buying because I trust Flo and she has been in the biz for a long long time. Some bags come with receipts some don't depending on her listing. I feel she is a better authenticator than some other 3rd party ones (maybe biasness over here).

I have bought from Flo from the beginning of time; from her previous house to the ubi shop and now at center point. Well very early on I experience what you mention, the 'snobby' attitude but I guess its very similar with other resellers (i have bought from others and they too have the same attitude which I think its due to the sheer number of enquirers they received during the 'H' hype back in 2012 period). Once you pass that phase and get to know them better your experience would be wayyyyyy better.

I would advise you to go down to see the bags at Luxlexicon. They always blatantly under declare signs of wear on the preloved items so if you are buying from them from another country, maybe find a reseller who is better at product description.

No I didn’t authenticate as I trusted Lux’s reputation. (My bag also came with receipt with personal info redacted - but since these can be faked, I don’t put much faith in that.) I got the spa quote back from H already so no issues with authenticity. I know there are other good resellers in Singapore but I went with Lux as I felt more comfortable given I could view the products on display and for my first purchase with them, I found Jay very patient with my questions when I went into the store.

My experience with Lux lexicon is when I consigned my bag with them.

The lady who was at the store had these super long acrylic nails and she was handling my bag without gloves.
I told her “I’d really prefer if you handle the bag with gloves, because this is smooth leather and scratches will be really obvious.”
She brushed me off, saying “oh don’t worry we know what we are doing”

The bag didn’t get sold, I took it back and only some time later when I brought it out to another re-seller did she notice a small scuff.

I’m disappointed by how unprofessional that sales person was.

Lesson learnt : must inspect very closely when receiving the bags back from the re-sellers.

Has there been a price increase? I looked at a Picotin 22 about a month ago and I swear I was told $4300. Just purchased one now for $4470?

I asked Jay for some pictures for a bag I was looking for and he got annoyed and blocked me. I spoke to the owner and she told me to watch my tone and told me that he found me really aggressive (because I asked for the price?) and told me that “she loves him more than me” and started calling me aggressive and crazy. LOL

I was like, how is asking for a price considered aggressive? And then she blocked me too!

Whatever, cannot deal.

Hello ladies, have just started my H journey this year. Trawled through all the 600ish pages of posts and am very grateful for the trove of information shared by everyone here!

I’ve been building my profile with NAC. I have just reserved a kelly bangle and asked my SA if I’m close to the quota She didn’t outright say yes but asked me what I’m interested in. I told her I’d like a K28 in Gris Asphalt & GHW. But she said it’s a seasonal colour. I told her my 2nd option is a Etain and it’s more possible.

Based on your experiences, will there be a form? Or just like a verbal promise by your SA to look for your desired specs? Also, if you reject other bags your SA offer that you don’t like, would you end up losing the offer totally?

I’m just a little nervous as I’ve never done this before and I have a friend whose SA kinda went back on her words - at first said she’s close then ask her to spend another 8K more.
