I believe it does not unless it is with the store you are asking at. Maybe the others will have more insight.

Walk-ins are really very rare, I have only heard of hearsays where tourists after spending big cash will then be offered a B or K, but the specs are not confirmed as the popular ones are usually kept aside for the regulars/VIPs. As such, it will be recommended to maintain a "healthy" relationship with your SA and though the wait might be long, at least you will be rewarded for your brand loyalty. If you prefer to have instant gratification, then a reseller might be your only option.
