Hi for ladies in Sg, I saw exchange policy of 30days/1 month, does this apply for Singapore? Anyone has experience with purchase in Paris but exchange in Sg? Am actually intending to change the kelly classic wallet with ghw purchase in Paris to same wallet in rose gold hardware. Does their wallet hardware comes with rose gold hardware for classic Kelly wallet? For the many different types of leather applicable to kelly/Birkin, does it apply to the wallets too? Thanks a lot...
Yes worldwide policy
Inventory totally depending on luck or relationship with them

A few years back I purchased a pair of Oran sandals for my mum from FSH but the size was wrong, so I exchanged it in Singapore. Back then I did not have a regular SA and just called up one store and explained my situation to the SA over the phone. She advised me to drop by asap, I could do the exchange but the stock was limited. I ended up exchanging for another pair of Oran sandals and a twilly.

Hey pinkiestarlet, so u exchanged an Oran sandal with another same sandal + twilly? I thought prices in Sg is more expensive... so twilly can be exchanged too if it hasn’t been used? Tks yah!

The SA mentioned that they will look at the Sg dollar retail price of the item when they do an exchange. The Oran that I bought in Paris was slightly more expensive than a normal Epsom leather Oran (which I exchanged for due to it being the only correct size available then) in Sg, so since there was some excess amount left, she said I could add in a twilly and just top up the excess (it was about additional $100 or so).

I see... there is some leather difference hence the price difference.. that explains. Tks pinkiestarlet!

My SA also told me they have new rules on accounting towards the quota amount. 90% of spending on accessories (e.g. Belts, RTW, Shoes, Bracelets etc) and 10% spending on SLG (like wallet, rodeo) counts towards our quota. [emoji23]

They are making it tougher for us to reach the quota to get a B/K/C. [emoji33][emoji28]
My SA briefly mentioned on this too but i did not ask in details. Can any kind ladies enlighten me on this?? TIA :)
