My SA also told me they have new rules on accounting towards the quota amount. 90% of spending on accessories (e.g. Belts, RTW, Shoes, Bracelets etc) and 10% spending on SLG (like wallet, rodeo) counts towards our quota. [emoji23]

They are making it tougher for us to reach the quota to get a B/K/C. [emoji33][emoji28]

Sorry TPFers, rant post warning:

Hermes staff can be terribly snobbish and ignorant. Ever since I started to make my purchases only in home store, I hardly patronise any other H stores.
Recently, I went into Liat Tower store to check out wallpaper as I needed some for renovation. I knew for a fact that these wallpapers sell in rolls. But there's nobody in home department for like half an hour where I waited, browsed and waited. In the end, I approached a random SA at scarf department regarding my enquiry. She gave me the snobbish attitude and claimed that wallpapers are sold in centimeters. She looked even more arrogant when I expressed my disbelief. I didn't correct her as that's not my job to do so. I walked away quietly with my very low profile bottega and very "high profile" Hello Kitty shopping tote my friend passed to me during lunch prior to my H visit.
I understand SAs judge customers and show atas attitude to elevate H status - yes, it's a maketing strategy. But, hello!!! At least know your stuff, can?

Terrible experience!!! >

SA's sometimes have to be reminded the hard way that they are there to SELL merchandise not ATTITUDE. I wouldn't tolerate any clown behaviour irregardless of what i am wearing to a "luxury" boutique. I am there as a spending customer, not asking for freebies so spare me the hurrah and show me what i ask for.

Just to share: I went to Hermes Liat yesterday in order to get a spa treatment for a Birkin. The SA Emilia was great. The bag will be sent to Paris however as parts of the PHW need to be changed because Hermes does not polish the Metall and the scratches look ugly. Spa in Paris is SGD 480 and changing some hardware is SGD 150. Downside: I have to wait for 6 months.

count urself lucky, i waited a year back in 2015.

I was trying RTW at one of the Changi stores and the changing room doubled up as the inventory room. I saw 2 Constance boxes. I asked the SA about it and she said it’s for their regular clients who have picked up the bag but have yet to pick up the box. No B and K is consistent with what I heard from another airport SA, but Constance is possible if you have established a relationship.

Has anyone seen the Medor Clutch in Rouge Casaque anywhere in Singapore? And what r the chances of items in Hermes.com coming to sg?
