I don't fathom...why would buying more than 3 jeapordise your chances of getting a B/K? Unless they suspect you're a reseller? If a customer has money to burn? Why not? Why 3? Why is the magic number 3? Have you asked your SA?
I ask this because it seems strange, so basically if you like something you can't have them in more than 3 Colours? Ha!

Interesting topic... I was surprised to hear if local store offer B/K as walk in in Singapore but never say never... but I was more surprised that they limit the purchase of "3" on each product... i definitely scored more than 3 scarves, even in one single purchase. I've a soft spot for scarf and almost all SA in the store know it. I guess they just want to make sure you buy variety of products to show you're really into the brand rather than just a B/K

I asked if they are afraid we are resellers if we always buy the same item in different color. She did not really answer this question directly but just told me their store manager will question and also told me not to worry as she will help me to monitor. What they want their customers not just look at a specific item but to appreciate all other different products that they have including homewares, SLGs, RTW, shoes, jewellery etc. [emoji6]

Anyway, just enjoy their items. But I did highlight to my SA I especially love their leather products.

And I just wanted to add that working with your SA do help to achieve your dream of owning a K/B (but manage your own buys i.e get what you really want, not buy blindly to meet the quota). At least, for my case, I did and I actually shared with her that I wanted a K for my 10th anniversary in Apr 2017. Hmm...I scored mine before Xmas this year but I am still extremely happy. [emoji1]

I asked why I cannot get another bag and she told me it will jeopardise my record in order to achieve a B/K. I guess the magic word is 3. [emoji23]

E.g clic h not more than 3 (even different color), KDT not more than 3, any bags not more than 3, etc.

Nevertheless, I enjoy and appreciate H products! [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]
I new to Hermes and would like to get a b/k so that means I must get other items except bags and go meet a certain quota before I might have a chance to get it? How much will that be?

I am new to H so I would like to know if what I have experience at NAC is a norm. My hubby purchased a twilly for me but I dislike the colour and brought it back to exchange. On the day of exchange, the SA asked to see the bag for the twilly and I showed her a YSL bag and she helped me choose a twilly to match with the bag. After which she told me that if I need help to twill, I can bring it back to them and they will twill it for me. I suck at twilling so I decided to bring my bag and twilly to get them twill for me. The SA that attended to me previously wasn't around so I approached another SA and informed her that I needed help to twill and the SA told me they don't twill on bags that are not H. I tried to find another SA who twilled my bag before but when I approached her and ask her to help me twill like before, she seems 50-50 but she still did it but very ugly like kena forced to do because her colleague was talking to her via the earpiece. End up, I undo the twilling and left the shop feeling embarrassed with the way I was treated. I just want to know, can they twill for non-H bags like chanel, LV, YSL etc? This experience was such a turn off. Anyone know where I can send feedbacks?

As far as I know, the SA will not help you to twill the Twilly on a non H bag.You can learn it from YouTube and practice. When I first bought my Twilly,it took me an hour to tie a tight and nice one.Practise make perfect. Now my SA say I can tie better than him.
