Trust the process and trust your SA my dear. I’ve friends whose prespend for the 2nd annual QB were reached even before the 1st QB arrived. I also know of people who only received 1 QB annually. All kinds of cases. Best to speak to your SA to manage expectations.

And besides, a lot of us travel overseas now and may get an extra BKC along the way.

Thank you for sharing. Any of your friends who prespend for 2nd annual QB before the 1st QB arrived shops at MBS boutique?

Yes. That’s why I feel I was given wrong info despite me asking several times on the rollover. Because seems like no one else was told they could rollover at MBS. I wouldn’t have continued spending if I cannot rollover and would have diverted my spending to my family’s accounts at other boutiques instead.

I think u should chill. Rollover or not is largely dependent on the SA. Just trust your SA.

I just had an aha moment. I think we missed the most important question for you. Did you ask your SA if rollover means rollover to 2024 or rollover means this year you’ll get 2 QBs. Trusting your SA is one thing but seeking clarity is another. And there’s nothing wrong with waiting till early 2024 to get a good offer IMHO.

Rollover to be used for 2nd qb this year. I collected my 1st qb for 2023 but waited since last year. My sa already managed me at start of this year that probably can only get 1 qb per year given the long wait so I can understand I most probably wouldn’t receive my 2nd qb for 2023. But the issue now is she didn’t even want to submit for my 2nd qb now. Furthermore I did ask when can the request be put in but the dates seem to keep changing.

Forgive me but I think 99% of the readers are as confused as I am.

On the one hand you’re saying that rollover is for 2nd QB this year. And on the other hand you’re saying that she already told you from the start of the year it’s going to be one QB. So is it 1 QB or 2 QB? As we’ve advised, best to just speak to your SA to clarify. And if you wish to diversify your family’s prespend with another boutique after seeking clarification, at least you’re making an educated decision.

Our journeys and profiles differ so what’s applicable to us may not be applicable to you. I also can’t tell if you mean that you have a few QBs but collected one this year or the one you collected earlier is your first and only QB. And our SAs’ seniority and portfolio of customers also differ. Very hard to pinpoint to whether boutique XYZ can offer this or SA DEF can offer that.

Do you mind sharing when you received your 1st QB this year? There’s a gap in between bag request. If time isn’t right or pre spend isn’t enough, it’s tough for SA to send in the request.
