I was trying to ask my SA if the prespend would be deducted. Coz once upon a time, a C could be offered based on excess of pre spending. But now seems not to be the case. My SA told me “will deduct a bit, but if u hv enough pre spend, no need to worry. If u worry, then count it as 1:1.”

As usual, the H math is mind boggling.

agree, it is mind boggling, 10 years+ of H journey and I am still not sure how it works! I have just given up....I just buy what I want. if not available, I just move on. But only buy what makes you happy! :heart:

Hi ladies, TGIF! I was wondering if you could share your dry cleaning recommendations (Singapore-based) please? I would like to send my 140 shawls and some RTW pieces to be cleaned. The store smell is quite strong for the shawls. TIA!

I would like to find out too as I’ve hit my prespend way before I collected my last qb because I was told can rollover so I continued spending. But I was also told need to have a gap between then and submission of my next qb. During this period I’ve only spent a little there because I hit my prespend way earlier for the next bag. A few months have passed since my qb collection but my SA keeps saying cannot request yet as I just collected my bag not long ago and will help to request when the time is right. Somehow I feel all my prespend way more than 2x close to 3 have been wiped out for the last qb. Timing is not right = prespend not enough?

Hmmm I would suggest to give it a bit more time, or if you feel you can have an open convo with your SA, ask if the gap between bags has lengthened or is your profile not yet ready to submit for the next bag (i.e. need to spend more or in certain categories). Every boutique has v long QB queues now and the gap between bags may need to be longer for requests to be approved. No point submitting if your SA knows it will not be approved. Has it been more than 3 months since you collected your QB? Prespend for certain popular specs are also likely higher than the 19~22k qualifying figure that has been posted here.

Tbh I think rolling over is quite risky in the current situation of low stock and long waits. Even if my boutique allows rollover, I will probably still only spend up to an amount that I don’t mind not counting towards any bags while waiting.

Thanks for your advice! Yes, already more than 3 months. I was hesitating about the rollover too when I was over by 10k-ish so while waiting for my qb back then I asked 3 times about the rollover and was given assurance again and again hence I continued. The initial response I got when I asked for my qb is that the gap is not long enough. I will ask again about whether the gap has lengthened or is my profile not ready. If the reply is my profile is not ready then I’m gonna be very upset
