I was hesitant & skeptical at 1st since they asked me to sign an agreement that basically saying they don’t care even if they ruin your item. But i went ahead and they did nicely. I plan to send my H RTW there moving forward & the rest to my usual dry cleaner.

Pardon me but my post is regarding qb in Hermes SG store no? Which I thought would be related to Hermes Singapore. Would you kindly point me to the thread which talks about QB in Hermes SG store as I searched but couldn’t find one. Thanks a lot!

Cooling period is about 3 months before the next application of QB. Things seem to have changed this year and I hear a lot of talks about limiting to 1 QB per year. Did your SA say anything about that?

I was told it’s still 2 but with the waiting times it doesn’t always materialise. Not to mention some boutiques only start the second QB spend rolling after you’ve collected the first so…

Not yet. I sent them to my usual dry cleaner Big Mama at Taka. But i wanna try sending them to Jeeves next time. Because i sent some twillies to Big Mama & specifically pointed out some stains (from my sweaty palms holding the twilly-wrapped-handle), but not much cleaning on the stains (I really couldnt tell the difference after dry clean). I noticed they’re too cautious on cleaning (they dun even take in the RTW w leather pieces). So i will try Jeeves for such cases in the future.

If i may share my personal exp on this 1 vs 2 QB per year. It really depends on the profile, SA & the store too. I opened another account end of last year under my hubby with the same SA in the same store. And my SA specifically mentioned to me that she would try 2 QB on my account, but 1 QB for the other account. I guess it may got to do with the profile itself, e.g. old vs new client, prespend amount, variety of categories, etc. Maybe getting 2nd QB is harder too for the same profile for the SA? :confused1:

Thanks for sharing. I was told there is a cooling period of approx 3 months too before submission of next qb request and that only 1 qb per year. Don’t know is it because my account is only less than one year old.

Not familiar with SG stores at all and am inquiring for a friend from Malaysia, if anyone wouldn’t mind sharing some insights

- do they require you to be a Singapore local (e.g. with passport or local address requirement) to make a wishlist /get a QB?
- do the airport locations have bags? (Not necessarily QB) And if so, any sense as to stock and expected prespend?

-not required as far as I am aware, there are foreigners in the region who have made Singapore stores their home stores and travel to SG to shop frequently. Not sure if it will change with demand getting higher and higher. For QBs there is minimum prespend of around $20k, could be more for certain specs.
- depends on luck and timing. Have read that sometimes they have Lindys and prespend is at least 1:1
