Text your SA for appointment and bring your bag in for servicing. In the past you can just walk in but I think booking appointment these days is highly desirable.

Well it could have been a gift from someone I don't think you owe anyone any explaination. I ever bought my mom's bag for servicing at least for me no questions asked.

Hope you get your qb in sg soon.

honestly i have made my first purchase from one store and the SA wasnt too responsive with regards to a few items on my wishlist. So i went decided to try my luck at another boutique on a picotin upon approached and was surprised that I can get an Etoupe without any prespend. Since it was my birthday, i decided to push my luck further and managed to strike off a few items off my wishlist which are the Chypre sandals and H Clic :heart::heart: I managed to get the SA contact and hopefully things will work better the second time.

can I ask which store is this and what color are the chypre sandals? i've been asking my SA but she says they are out of stock!

I managed to get a pair at the airport too! Last pair and in my size.
Previously my SA showed me a really beautiful pair but I rejected as I didn’t know what dressing to match that with. Then I saw Aimee Sun’s ig post in another colour which is gorgeous as well. Glad I managed to buy the same pair as hers at the airport. Super love!

Hi! Which colour did you manage to get for chypre and was it quite recent? My SA mentioned that it has been oos for so long too just like someone else has mentioned. Congratulations on your bag! Truly birthday luck!!

The buying patterns of newer customers have evolved. Alot are willing to prespend within a short amount of time. Hence the "competition". Alot of them do track their own prespend amounts and have an expectation. The backlog is understandable so is the anxiety of the 1st qb.

Does it mean that those waiting for 1st qb would be more anxious and constantly following up with sa hence get bags faster?

No, it means the SA wants to keep new clients on the hook and make sure they give them a pay off before they get sick of waiting and go elsewhere/resale. After successfully getting the first bag, it’s much harder emotionally to walk away from the brand/game and there’s a good chance these newer clients eventually turn into long term big spenders.

Yep. Totally understandable because there r some countries with stories that not all who pre spend are able to get quota bags. Need to build up trust.

Some are just 1 hit wonder also they are doing their due diligence.

But we all know that there is no such thing as 1 H bag hahah when u get your first you want your second and so on hahaha... Well at least for me ....

You can call the customer service to book an appointment with the after sales. Your SA can also book an appointment with the after sales too. Your SA doesn’t need to be around when you send in your bag for servicing though. You can also send it to a different store for after sales if you really want to avoid your SA.

I’m definitely not a 1 qb person but I do have friends who are stopping already because they have 1b and 1k, along with many others non qb. Another one just waiting for that k to come and will close shop.
