Actually come to think of it I think I did ask before about non QB will delay QB and was told no. So I’m guessing it also depends on what specs was requested for the QB. If it’s popular and a few people are waiting maybe those that didn’t get a non QB will get priority. Just a hunch. Will never know.

Anyway it’s an exciting journey and I am definitely thrilled just knowing that at one point in time I’ll get to bring my QB home.

I’m not sure if there would be any delay with the approval after it is submitted if you collected a non qb before hitting prespend.

Very low. If you read the last 9-10 pages, there was a discussion on what it might take to get a QB in a popular size on a first visit. It will also give you a sense of the waiting time local regular clients are currently facing. Non-VIP/old timer clients are also likely to be limited to 1 QB per year. This is how high the demand currently is in SG. Many of us have overheard SAs turning down tourists requesting for QBs.

It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my first qb (requested k25, retourne, neutral color). My prespend was almost 2:1. I did get an offer recently but it was the opposite of the specs I wanted so I politely turned it down T_T (sellier in white/pink/yellow combo). I got impatient and bought a pre-owned mini kelly from reseller since it's going to be difficult to get a mk from the boutique anyway. If I want to bring it to the Hermes spa, should I contact the store directly or ask my SA to book appointment for me? Would she feel offended that I purchased from a reseller?

It might really be the fact that getting a non-qb will not affect your waiting time for a QB and it doesn't matter if u get it before or after a qb. Back in 2021, I waited 4 months for my 1st QB when SA told me est. waiting time is 1-1.5 months. And when I submitted my 2nd QB request, SA told me est. waiting time is 6-8 months but I ended up waited close to a year :panic:At first I was suspecting the long wait was due to my non-qb but after reading some post here, seem like that's not the case and I learnt that I should always expect double the waiting time my SA quoted :biggrin: hahaha...

I did. In fact, I even read the last 15 pages, but I am under this impression that most insights are for local buyers except for one, but I was not sure if what she was looking for was a QB. I was thinking maybe it's a different case for tourists.

Oh well.

From what I know 2nd qb waiting time will be longer than 1st qb. But why huh? I have been wondering about it.

I’m quite sure non qb will delay qb because I asked a few SA from different countries. There also has to be some gap between the non qb. Of course there are exceptions too.

Btw I think I need to get myself mentally prepared for >1 year. Faint.

Coz there r more and more newbies starting their “journey “ every year who r very anxious about their first offer. Hence, non newbie customers getting subsequent bags r deprioritised.

hi ladies. i just want to share my joy of purchasing my first hermes bag. It's not a BKC but still make my heart sing. I managed to score a Picotin 18 in etoupe without any prespend. Was feeling a little lucky :biggrin:

honestly i have made my first purchase from one store and the SA wasnt too responsive with regards to a few items on my wishlist. So i went decided to try my luck at another boutique on a picotin upon approached and was surprised that I can get an Etoupe without any prespend. Since it was my birthday, i decided to push my luck further and managed to strike off a few items off my wishlist which are the Chypre sandals and H Clic :heart::heart: I managed to get the SA contact and hopefully things will work better the second time.
