With regards to profile and building a relationship with SAs, here's the following run down I've learnt so far working with my SA.
1. Build multiple profiles, I have 3, my mum, my husband and myself and queue for QB once each profile hits prespend, I do not track my prespend these days, my SA would offer and ask once its time.

2. Build a connection with your SA, chit chat, be friendly, and have a good laugh together! Be comfortable shopping. It goes a long way! Once, I saw something online and asked my SA if its available without measuring the size, head down just to realize that it is too big for my desk and had to reject the item. But it didn't affect our relationship, because I was offered a bag the next visit!

3. Frequency, it is always nice to drop by frequently so that your SA would remember you, I do it once every 1-2 months. Even buying something small like twilly, make up etc. Would also be fine! If there's nothing that catches your eye, feel free to way away empty handed and not be forced into buying anything.

4. Be transparent and specific. List down your preferred styles and colours early into your journey, so that your SA could keep a look out for you. Even for non QB stuff, you never know when you'll get a surprise!

Fun story:
I once wanted to buy a limited embroidered scarf, only 1 piece in sg, my SA actually told me not to buy it because it is super hard to maintain unless it is for a display. I reckon our relationship is pretty good for something that most people would see as a transactional relationship!

Hope this helps!

50k a month for luxury only  so that is where all the stocks go to  i dun dare to step in chit chat with sa liao hahahaha dun waste SA time

oh another post earlier mentioned about exclusive access to store for VIP only, didnt know this exist!!!

old couple bought fauborg 30 for theirs daughter 30th !!!! what else she could wish for !! just kidding
It might be from my post, wish to clarify to manage expectation.. I am not sure if there is a secret entryway or not. The door I spoke about is the exit door, which is normally only for staff access and exiting the store. Apologies if I accidentally misled anyone. :panic:

I totally agree with all above points!! I do points 2 to 4. Sometimes my SA will also say no to some things I like and he reckons social media now plays a huge part in the influencing...but will encourage if he feels it will work well for me..It's good that they give construction comments but ultimately its your money to spend.

Wow. My SA said no chance of getting K20 or even Kelly Pochette as first QB. O.o
Should I just insist that I want that? :/
I think it is possible if you spend quite a bit. Definitely not 1:1. I believe anything is possible at H if you spend enough not to get ignored, or you are very lucky with a kind SA. If you are spending minimally, then you are definitely not entitled to your SA fighting for you to get such a coveted bag, as and when you want, even if you insist. It’s probably hard on the SAs to fight for their clients’ bag requests too.

Yes, I agree. I've spent about 20k, and she has ordered some other items for me (another 5k ish). So that should be closer to 2:1?
I didn't mean insist on getting the bag, but more like tell her that I still want the mini Kelly to be added to my wishlist..
Right now, my interest is not indicated.

Yes I believe you can still let your SA know that you are keen on doing so but if she advises against then I would just heed her advice because it might be difficult for her to do so as well.

My understanding is that it’s not the SA that holds the power to approve bags but bag requests still have to be approved by the store manager. If they say no, it might be because of some dynamic with the store manager who is technically their boss.

I think it’s important for all of us to be aware of this and be kind and understanding towards our SAs who are trying their best to get us what we want, in due time.
