Kinda sad I didn’t receive the granola gift when I made a purchase last week. But still happy that I got my purchases! :biggrin:

Btw can I know, I think I created a profile at MBS previously earlier this year.. keyed my details into a iPad but can’t remember what I filled in.. but only started purchasing in Liat recently.. would Liat be able to see this same profile or this would mean Liat does not have my profile details? :smile: thank you!

When you first started shopping at Liat, did the SA ask for your phone number to pull up your profile and verify if the details in the profile are yours, or did they set up a new profile for you? If you used the same mobile phone number, email address etc they will be able to see your existing profile and will not create a new profile

Sadly no, my SA did not ask for any phone number from me, but I do WhatsApp her to make appointments..

Hmm, I should probably try to ask the next time I meet her haha. I did see her keying in some items on the phone when I mentioned my wishlist/items I am looking for. Hopefully it means something!

Merry Christmas! Bags like picotin don’t count towards pre-spend. Yes other things like Twilly, ready to wear, shoes, homeware, Jewellery count.

For Slg like wallets, you need to check with your SA if there is any cap on the amount to qualify as pre-spend :smile:
