Hi all, has anyone ever changed their mind about the specs for QB? What's your SA's reaction?
I gave my preferred specs to my SA about 3 months ago, but I would like to change the colour. Will it affect the waiting time (or any other repercussions) if I inform my SA about it now? Thanks.

Unfortunately not, online account is a separate profile and does not add to pre-spend.

Was thinking of changing it to something more general e.g light pink or light blue. And new colours might be available in 2023. So at least I will have more options...

If your store profile shares the same phone number as your online account, then your SA will be able to see all your online purchases. very sure about it as i saw my own online purchases as the SA scrolled through my account on their device.. think it depends on your SA?

no harm checking in with SA, ask if you were to include a few more colors would it improve your speed to the QB.

yes true... I'll wait for my SA to return from her ML. The SA who is covering for her is very business-like, to the point of curt. I don't really enjoy talking to her...

How do you handwash the silk scarves?

I use bigmama for drycleaning of hermes silks and cashmere.
