Hi all,
I am new to this H journey and may i get some advice from you all. I have prespent of about 8k. However, this SA is really proud and does not reply when i ask him/her for stocks or when i try to make appointment. I did not pester him/her much but i feel unhappy with his/her actions. So i decided to go another branch to start a new relationship when i had prespent of 5k. The SA suddenly text me on an item i always wanted so i went back to him/her. He did check my account and realised i ordered some stuff in another branch. I could sense that he was unhappy. Days later as usual, ghosted me again when i want to check some stock. What would you do if this happens? Change SA? Thanks in advance.

Stick with the one that you vibe with the most and that you think will be more likely to fight for you :))

Can u imagine if 10 things u asked for and the reply is all don’t have….might as well not reply right?

I saw online someone else was pissed when he went to a store to pick up something on order, arriving after 1 year wait. The SA who helped him told him, even his item he was picking up requires a 1 year wait, what does he think about other items…
Isn’t that a worse reply….lol

No excuses for zero response from SAs. Could have said something like noted on your request. Will let you know if available. If you hear nothing, it means that there’s really no stock.

And as a lot of posts have mentioned, the global stock is rather low at the moment. It’s not that your SA is denying you of items and appointments.

Really up to you to decide which SA works best for you, especially if you’re planning a long journey with Hermes. If you’re just after one QB, stick to the one you’re spent most with. If you’re planning LT, then think which works best for you.

You don’t need to discuss stock situation darling. I guess it’s the kindda relationship you have already established with your SA. I am generally quite patient and just wait it out for my wish list items. And when I wanna add items I either WhatsApp or say it in person. My SA (thank goodness) has never ghosted me before. Really blessed to have found her.

Dear, I’m just sharing that the SAs don’t even tell customers the requested items are not available, not coming, cannot be requested, etc. Anyway, if there is a good relationship….if there is nothing, then no big deal for not replying as well.
 
The H journey is an adventure which has its ups and downs, my SA was so nice to me in the first 3 years and noticed he started becoming busy and busier, but he still managed to give me good bags but really the last 2 years were so frustrating, more competition I guess. I am on my 9th year next year with him, I could see I am at the bottom of his priorities.....
For the bags we got, we should enjoy it...
And if we get our bags, then let us be thankful...if not, then we need to be patient..
And to share, I am also human, I do get frustrated, annoyed, etc..
So dont lose hope, the right SA will come, and so are the bags! :smile:
PS: even with new releases of watches, RTWs, I dont get any updates anymore. He says "I will let you know", and when I follow up, "oh so sorry I forgot to message you"
 
My SA told me that they have stopped taking orders for watches / Jewelry etc till further notice. Guess it’s because it’s holiday season and demand is at an all time high
It’s not because it’s holiday or the demand. They have taken too much deposits that could not be fulfilled. By the time they could fulfill it, the price had been adjusted and to them they had an “opportunity cost” because they could have charged higher. To be fair, the raw materials prices had gone up. But they did not recognised that customers also faced an opportunity cost since they don’t pay interests on the deposits taken (many had paid 100% deposit as well as the standard 50%).

There is the price increase in July for jewellery if anyone noticed.
The bigger sized watches for higher price.
The additional silly mirror in Constance 24-1 and mini for higher price.
