Thank u! It’s the 2 gussets. I think for now only c24 re-edition is available. Maybe c18 re-edition will be available soon?

But for c18, i prefer 2 gussets actually. It’s still cute enuf & yet easier to organize w 2 compartments

Interesting! I’m curious how spacious the C18 re-edition will be as I read on another thread that C24 re-edition is not much more spacious than C18. So presumably C18 re-edition will fit even less things.

more smooth would be swift or veau jonathan or barenia or box. i can imagine for barenia and box, will be rather rare. perhaps ask your SA which one of these are more in stock, or if you can wait for multiple skins?

Leather type that my SA asked if I would like are : box, Togo, ostrich, swift etc. Let her know what leather you would like and see what she say. Pick something that you like!

I saw on XHS the new C18 comes with a mirror and still the same compartment.

I saw more offers on evercolor leather recently. Got my c18 on evercolor. It’s not grainy as togo/ clemence. It’s not stiff as epsom too. It’s somehow in between, but smoother. Not as smooth as swift tho.

The reason why I don't want Epsom is because it tends to come in sellier style, but I prefer retourne. My SA says to give her maximum 2 combis for my QB. She did say that Epsom is 'easier' to get.
Will Swift leather be soft and slouchy?

So lucky to be offered a C18 . Does this eat up your prespend amount for the next B/K?

I have yet to discover the answer to this! hahaha I let my SA plan for me, so I will see when my next QB comes! I can only hope for the best!

I think I have seen a few other bags in evercolor too, like bolide 25, roulis mini, 24/24 21. If ur lucky, u might encounter them in stores. Good luck! and some resellers might have them available too for you to get the feel of the leather?

I think almost all of us have this “i used to dislike it & now i love it” exp with H. Or at least for me. I wanted to get K retourne too. But i was offered K sellier. I thought i dislike the stiff structured K sellier too. But now i wanted sellier even more hahaha i love the epsom leather bcos it’s so durable. I can wipe off some light rain if i need to cross quickly without shelter (of cos not heavy rain haha). I even dropped my K once frm my seat when i slid myself out frm the sofa in a restaurant. And voila! Like nothing happened!

congrats on your 1st QB ! My take: if you take C now, you will only be able to wait for the next QB starting Nov/Dec. A bit risky that it will be fulfilled in 2022 or spill over to 2023. Are you ok with that? If so, then perhaps nudge your SA about the C. However, if you want the other QB in this year, then forget the C and focus on your prespend for the B this year..

I would actually do the same. If I have to choose between B or C, i would opt for B. In LT this 3 mths period seems to be rather consistent & followed closely (exceptions of cos happened for long clients). And somehow Dec period there is barely unboxing of qb too (based on what i read on the other thread).

But then again, we nvr know the stock level for BKC or what’s coming in. I would also consider letting my SA choose either BKC (or B/C if u dun wanna repeat K) if maybe by Oct, there is no news on B.

Are rodeos or pegase still hard to get in stores ?

Still hard, cos I think it’s “unofficially reserved” for customers getting bags. When I got my birkin I was offered 2 options to choose from
