I was at Luxleicon today and amazed at how well stocked it is compared to earlier this year. The store is literally full of mini lindys, Constance’s, birkins, picotin, Kelly’s, bolides etc.. and yet it’s getting harder to get bags from Hermes store itself..

I think this is similar across luxury secondary market where due to the fall in stock market and crypto, secondary market demand is softer than before. Watches are facing the same situation where you get more stock at a lower price in the secondary market.

Hi @Harpertwofivethree I got the Constance mini at 13.1k.
I think my SA is a generally helpful person and somehow the recent shipment included this. So luck was with me

My maitai inserts are quite soft and not stiff at all. It’s the liberty of London. That range is quite soft. They are well made.

I used a pillow previously but seldom now as the insert is good enough. And honestly it’s quite cumbersome to unlock the lock just to stuff the pillow.

Can I ask your opinion of getting the Picotin 18 in orange color?

To get a bag with the same color as the paper bag, is it silly? Should I target black color for my wife instead?

Hi, personally I do like using orange colour in small doses to spice up my outfit eg. accessories, jewellery. I would not want to splurge on a bag in a bright colour though, as I will likely get tired of it after a while.

but just wondering if you have asked her what she really wants? I'm not a fan of surprises, especially luxury surprises (haha) and maybe it's just me, but I've always told my partner this: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't buy me bags randomly, I will tell you specifically what I want

Eg: I wouldnt appreciate an orange picotin but might appreciate an orange mini lindy or evelyne or mini kelly, so it all boils down to individual preference and I honestly think it's best to consult the receiver of your kind gesture (aka your wife).

Is it not the one that is being hunted by the police and interpol? But to be on topic, it’s rather disheartening to see how well-stocked the SG resellers are when so many postings here try to find tips on how to get a bag in Singapore.

Completely agree with this. Great gesture from a spouse; hopefully the intended recipient's view will be taken into account as part of the journey – more so perhaps than anon forum responses?

Just curious, when you go H shopping, don't ur wife follow u? Or u usually go alone so as to surprise her w the H gifts?
