Agree with @BreezyE and @coffeetimes. Everyone’s relationship with a SA will vary, just like any other human relationship! My DH is perfect for me but wouldn’t be the perfect husband for anyone else…I hope 🤣.

If you don’t click with the SA assigned to walk ins that day, no need to spend money with them, just go another day and keep making visits until you find an SA you click with! Hope that helps!
I think that’s a strange attitude. If someone is nice they are nice no matter how much money you spend. You can just tell their….aura for a lack of better word. I used to frequent Hermes at Bravern but for personal health reasons I haven’t been there in least 5 years so most SAs I knew are not there anymore thus my reason for asking. If a SA is nice I recommend them all the time. I dislike this kissing SA’s ass kind of attitude buyers seem to have. I’ve purchased my share of Birkins and Kellys and I am as nice to them if they are nice to me! @BreezyE @coffeetimes

I know you didn't ask me explicitly, but most people's SAs don't want their info given out. The store may also have one or two newer SAs who have emptier rosters so they may want to assign you to those SAs and I obviously don't know their names. I don't think it's anything personal.

The only way to find out who works well with you is to visit in person and find out. I personally adore my SA and I enjoy shopping with her, but I know that some of my friends and friends of friends do not like shopping with her at all.
I've had brief interactions with other SAs at the store and cannot say I've had any explicitly bad experiences but like all things Hermes: YMMV.

Rumor has it that if you are East Asian, you're likely to get better service at this store ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That’s funny about being East Asian 😂. I walked in my gap outfit and Birkenstocks and everyone greeted me and were nice.

If anyone cares to know, Susie a young Asian girl helped me today and I think she was nice. So there you go!

I don’t think anyone will give you the name of their SA. You should go in and meet someone naturally, everyone is super nice.
Young lady name Susie helped me today if anyone wants to know. Keeping SA names secret is just as weird as how Hermes sells their bags. I’m just saying…let’s not make it sound like it’s a secret club to shop at Hermes!
