I had an unusually positive experience the last time I went a couple of weeks ago - this must be why!

My SA is very welcoming but if she's busy, usually nobody else interacts with me. But this time, I had multiple folks reach out to confirm I was being helped, given refreshments while I wait etc.

Agreed, new SAs seem much more friendly

Hey guys,

I’m new to the store and would like work towards my first Birkin bag. I’ve been in the store twice now, and haven’t been asked to fill in a Wishlist. Should I ask my SA?

Short answer is you probably have a bit more work to do, but no harm mentioning to your SA that you're interested in a Birkin XX (25/30 etc). Maybe compliment one of the Birkin's you see on display and say you'd love to add one to your collection.
