I started in 2021, but my first SA left last year. My prespend is probably close to a 2:1, my wishlist is K25, B25, B30 in a color or neutral color (rouge h, vert almost anything, mushroom, pinks, reds, purple) open to hardware and just no exotics or plain neutrals. Is it really 3 bags before you can ask for a SO or do they offer it to you after 3 bags? Are people getting 2 QBs a year at this store, I feel like I don’t have that many bags on my wishlist but honestly I’m getting overwhelmed with deciding if I keep trying or just give up and buy resale.

My anniversary and birthday are coming up, I have a visit scheduled with my SA. Is it tacky to bring that up in hopes they’ll make a bday miracle happen? My big, ok bigger question… are there really mini K and KP being offered out of our home store? When I asked my first SA she said they get 4 a year, but is that even true? TIA, just another lost soul trying for a QB at this point 🥲😵‍💫.

In my experience, SO offer was after 3 QB and over 2 years of shopping there.

To make everyone feel better, all of my QB were over 2.5X actual price of the bag, excluding any non QB bags.

KP is very hard, but one of us recently got one. Check offer thread. :)

It's so weird because there is a user on Reddit with your same user name who got a B30 a few months ago and a B25 this past weekend! Maybe this is a sign that your bag is coming soon!

Thank you so much for your reassurance, I will see how my visits continue to go with my new SA. I will browse the offers thread and take a peek, I’m really hoping my journey makes a turnaround! I don’t have too many H lovers in my real life, so still trying to learn to navigate things here 💕.

That was me! Is me? Sorry it’s confusing tbh. When I started to get into more luxe items like Chanel and Hermes, I tried to start a luxe IG/blog with a friend and it didn’t end well. Our friendship and the social media attempt, it was a mutual(ish) break, and not gonna lie I’m a little jealous they’re doing so well, we started with the same SA who left and if they have and 2 QB already they must have matched with a better SA or have a better relationship with their new SA. We don’t follow each other on social media anymore, after my divorce I stopped talking to a lot of friends, but I also don’t know how to change my name here. Do you know what bags she got?

You'll need to up your spend for the specs you want. You're more likely to get a K28 or B30. Prespend doesn't include leather goods or bags. I also don't think mushroom color is in production anymore.

I’d like to add.. when I first started, after spending 20k, which is less than 2X of a k25, I sent my SA my wishlist of colors I would like for a k25.
My SA simply stated “We will continue to work on that/bag.” Didn’t talk about the list..

Fast forward 4 years, I now understand why my SA didn’t comment on my list. None of the colors I requested was in production or a color that was likely to come by.

So I’d say, if requesting specific colors, it’s best to follow the bag offer thread closely and do some research to make sure the color you mention to the SA is “currently feasible”. I think this also signals to a SA how versed one is in H.

Thank you for the insight. Which is why sometimes not all bag offers posted (and not accepted) are simply to flex. I take it as a good indication of whether colours/ leathers are still available or are back in production especially nowadays, as Hermes tends to send bags across stores worldwide in batches. These posts can also indicate timing which I think is very useful intel for clients at specific stores, like yours. Hopefully if one requests a bag in close or matching specs to other offers elsewhere, your offer will come around the same time.

I think everyone here has given really great advice. In my experience, the advice here is true. People get will get 2 quota bags a year if they spend competitively enough and have a history with the store. It's not a friendship with the SA, it's a business relationship. I'd recommend you work on your profile before worrying about getting an SO. And in my experience, yes, it's 3 bags or more and an established rapport with your dedicated SA before an SO offer.

There are always people who spend more and people who have been at the store longer.

Our store is incredibly neutral heavy, going by what's on display and what the clientele carries. As a datapoint, I had a similar wish list to you: greens/reds/light blues, and I was offered two red toned bags and no others over two and a half years with approximately 2.5:1 spend.
