Hermes Seasonal Colors

Beyond the classic colors (noir, etoupe, and gold) every color is technically a “seasonal” color. These colors come and go at Hermes’ whim and often in differing leather types which lends itself to exclusion/focus on certain product lines. Regardless, 5P made a brief come back in 2021 but is not current today in 2023. There is a non zero chance that a 5P K20 randomly arrives to your store but it would have to be an outstanding order that the store made at podium in 2020/21 and had yet to be filled. (Theoretically your SA could check if this were the case, though I don’t think it’s easy or available to all SAs.) The bag would arrive with a 2021 stamp as it would have been manufactured in 2021 and then hung out in warehouses somewhere. If it’s not clear, this is very unlikely to happen. Recommend you continue looking for other pinks that could satisfy or prepare yourself to wait for another random unpredictable rerelease of 5P in Epsom.
Wow wait are the only “classic” colors that appear every year gold, Noir, and etoupe? I had no idea O_O I just thought they were produced in the greatest quantities…

Is 5P the same pink as bubblegum? I see this on color charts as “5P/Bubblegum”. I’m not sure if they’re the exact same but maybe super close? My SA said we will see bubblegum in 2024.
In a technical (and slightly pedantic) sense, these two colours are not the same to Hermès. Hermès has both a colour called “Pink” (colour code: 5P) and a colour called “Rose Bubblegum” (colour code: L4). The former is a colour from the early 2010s that has been available for both regular and exotic leathers, while the latter is a colour from the late 2010s exclusively available for exotic leather. There was an unfortunate conflation of the terms before Rose Bubblegum was ever released, so the name “Bubblegum” for 5P has just stuck.

All this to say, if your SA specifically said “bubblegum” would be available for 2024, it may help to ask them which specific colour/colour code they were referring to.

Currently, yes. Étoupe has been offered every year since it was introduced. It likely goes without saying that Black has been offered since the beginning practically. Gold has been offered almost every year since its release (depending on how you count and whether or not you consider pre-Brique “Gold” as being officially Gold). :flowers:

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see this. I have idea haha but I assume it is regular ostrich because I have only heard of boreal ostrich with Nata and Vanille.
No problem, I appreciate the reply! :flowers: I ask because I recall Rose Bubblegum being available for Ostrich Boréale a couple years ago. It also came in Rouge de Coeur, Jaune Citron, etc. around that same time. Exciting either way!:yahoo:
