This is going to depend on multiple factors.
Are you already a longtime client of H and living in Scottsdale?
Is your SA moving to the store?
Are you moving all your H shopping to the store?
If you’re a new shopper - are you living in Scottsdale and planning to spend at the opening and into the future at that store?
If you’re asking if a brand new shopper, not in the area, is going to walk into an opening and walk out with a QB that is highly unlikely.
I echo this. Although, I am curious to see how much of the foot traffic will be Phoenix/scottsdale residents vs. out of state/snowbirds. I rarely see anyone carrying a Birkin or Kelly in Scottsdale, even PV.
I have been wondering this myself. It is rare to see someone carrying B/K in Scottsdale/PV. The women that I know that carry Hermes are definitely also part-time and I can only assume influenced by fashion/trends from other areas... it just really is not a thing. I don't know why as there's plenty of money to be spent.

On the FY 2024 earnings call earlier today, the Hermes CEO stated that this store (along with a new store in Nashville) will open in 2025. My guess is that it will be open by November for the holiday shopping and winter visitor season. The mall is not going to want construction going on in such a visible location during the holidays.
Latest I've heard is somewhere between September-November 2025.
