I haven't seen any activity @ Fashion Square that looks like Hermes.
Anyone know whereabouts the store will be in the mall?

I was there earlier this month and there was a smaller store under wraps near the “courtyard” of that wing. It was a SMALL space so I was hoping that wasn’t going to be the one. I’m also not sure how timing would align given the second half ‘24 timeline that has been communicated. But it’s possible there’s another store set to move or leave that wing that H could take over instead.
It's going to be in the same wing as Nordstrom versus the newer wing which already has high-end, established tenants. They are looking to revamp that particular wing of the mall; Hermes will be located there in addition to Van Cleef and other boutiques that will be arriving soon-ish.
My SA has also mentioned that she will be transferring, so it is absolutely happening in the near future... exciting news because it seemed as if it were NEVER actually going to happen due to the delay of the Ritz project.

FYI for those following, the opening has been pushed back to April 2025 as of now.
