It sure could be which would make it an Exceptional version scarf. Is the price significantly higher than a 90cm?
Yes the embroidered version would be stunning! And yes, the price is significantly higher. $3250 vs $510.
According to the website, they use tiny glass beads and it takes 75 hrs to embroider one scarf. It must be so beautiful… although I might actually be afraid to use it and have it snag on something, or rip a bead off etc …

Hi all, my SA sent a photo of this shawl they just received but did not include the name. I wanted to check if there are other color ways. Does anyone know the name of this pattern? Thank you!

It looks like it is Le Sacre des Saisons - most likely it is one of those embroidered/embellished versions. They are usually produced in one color way.

Hello! Is this an appropriate thread to mention a specific Hermes scarf I am hoping to find that is no longer in the H. stores? If not, is there a thread or elsewhere someone might point me towards to try to find a holy grail scarf? TIA!

Interesting story of Le Sacre des Saisons, the ballet costume influence make a lot of sense.

"...Pierre Marie reinvents the representation of the cycle of the seasons, each one personified by a fantastical animal executing a dance step. Their costumes are inspired by those designed by Henri de Gissey for the Ballet Les Fetes de Bacchus in the 17th century, and by Leon Bakst for the Ballets Russes in the early 1920s. It pays tribute to the depth of time in the form of baroque extravagance."
