Scarves Hermès Scarf Identification

I could use some help with care tags ID. I just purchased this Voitures Paniers and I think it's from 1984. I'm not questioning the authenticity. Everything looks and feels right. My question is around the care tag and dating it. The scarf doesn't have a Hermes care tag but rather, it has a Neiman Marcus care tag. I've done some scouring of the scarf sources and it appears that NM tags are legit. Is there any info on the dates when the non-H care tags were used? Thanks!

Hi. It’s Hermes Damier Fringed Shawl.
I believe it was available for one season only.
I am commenting on the style of your shawl. I am not able to tell you if it’s authentic or not, sorry.

Hello!
I saw the below Cadre Noir and I would be grateful if someone could help identifying the year. I know the design was issued first in the early 1960s (and the care tag looks like from the same period), however I’m not sure whether at that time they used to have contrast hem (white hem on black border). It should have been issued later in the 1990s too, if I’m not wrong, but in that case the care tag should be different. I’m very confused…Many thanks!
