Dear scarfies. I would be very grateful for your help. I am looking for a name and if possible author/year of this vintage scarf.
I have spent hours on internet trying to identify with no luck. I sincerely hope that someone here knows the answers. Many thanks.

I have it in blue. Some resellers call it La Charge.

According to Carré d'art IV it is La Charge by Lamotte from 1960. Copyright sign started in the 60'ies, so this scarf is to old to have got one.

Can someone please tell me that this silk exists on its own (not only as part of the "Trinidad Brides de Gala" hat) - I am dying to have just the silk - in any size

Is this available now? Perhaps it's a foreteller of things to come

The closest I can-up with is Bride de Gala Shadow as the Finesse versions have 'space' where the Bide de Gala motif is usually. The 'Shadow' has its own rainbow depending on cw (perhaps 01 being the most 'rainbow')

I hope someone else can help.

It looks like a real ribbon, not a strip from scarf silk. Very pretty! Reminds me of men's jacquard ties.

You might ask the Twilly thread .. maybe there is a similar twilly
Ask an SA about the RTW collection, I bet there was apparel in this pattern

Interesting, you're saying this is likely a ribbon that came from the RTW collection? The only twilly I can think of is the rainbow-ish "shadow" version but it looks so different.

Looks like lush Jacquard ribbon. I started dreaming of a men's vest or a minaudiere in this pattern.

Now that you say that, you're right! It does look like an embroidered ribbon! Gah! I'll keep an eye on the Petit H items, great idea
