Curious if y’all think authentic or fake Equateur? The artist signature looks questionable to me.

Apologies if I’m posting in the wrong place. Does anyone know if this “Les Leopards Modernes” design came in other cw’s? I bought this at the Carre Club pop-up event in November, wasn’t sure if it was unique to those events. It’s halves of two scarves sewn together. I believe the two designs are from previous collections (“Les Leopards” and something with “Boucles” in it?). I couldn’t find much online but I thought the aficionados here might know [emoji4] TIA!

Don't know if these were specific to the Carre Club event or they are an offshoot of Petit H. I saw some of these half-n-half designs as well as some that had a gav sewn into the middle of a 90cm, which I'd never encountered before elsewhere. My SA showed me quite a number of pictures of unusual pieces which had sold out on VIP night, so the shelves were already looking a bit bare when I went the first day.

Thank you xincinsin! I thought the SA said these were produced specifically for the event but I was so overwhelmed with all the cool stuff happening there that I was in a bit of a haze and may have misunderstood...of course I didn’t realize until after I took a closer look at my receipt that these are pricier than the standard 90cm :-/

So my post has been moved from S/S 2019 to F/W 2018. Rightly so. But how does one really know which SEASON a scarf is from, if one doesn't go into the store frequently. By the color palette? Lighter colors for S/S and richer, fuller colors for F/W?

I've pulled a photo from way back. Have every item, except sold the gold kelly which I regret deeply. So now, I'm thinking of buying a warm color scarf to suit my skintone, preferably for warmer weather too, but for the life of me cannot decide on one. I also want this to be something that I can wear casually and frequently. Something understated, and elegant. Arhh......

By the way, is my grey/ fuchsia scarf from S/S or F/W? It was from many, many years ago.

It's Guepards by Dallet from 2007

You can use this thread to id a scarf, or if you think it's current look through the dated thread AW18, SS19 etc or use a word search if you know the scarf's name.

You may post your question again on AW18 (where your post was moved from) but it's OK to just write Gold Kelly or say warm colours without showing scarves from another season.

There is no infallible way to date a scarf especially down to the collection (SS or AW). Many scarf lists, eg here at purseforum, have the year but not the season. You may get different answers at different web sites.
Options for chasing down the season when it was officially issued:
- do LOTS of searches here and on internet - you may be rewarded if the scarf was from 2000 or later (or so). It is not impossible to identify season prior to 2000 BUT ...
- If it was prior to about 2000, try asking Hermes on their web site - Contact us. They may help with later ones too but dont always reply
- Ask friends but be aware, some people remember the purchase date not the issuance date.
- Make sure you have a large notebook lol to hold all the various (conflicting) info you will find
