The gavroche is from Spring/Summer 2015 (as well as the 90 cm carré).
Dear HermesHope, I love to see your pictures in the SOTD thread!

Thanks for your help - that is such a nice comment too! I will post this in SOTD as soon as I can.

Enjoy this scarf, it is a lovely design, I bought it for my DD as her first Hermes scarf, she loves it.

I wish I had a DD to pass my scarves on to one day. I'm not sure that my sons will appreciate them!

Dear HH, we will be twins!! I love this scarf - the colors are amazing. I know you will look fabulous. Is this your first gavroche?

Ah, how nice of you. No, not my first gavroche, I also have the Zebra Pegasus one - teal, navy, purple. This one has similar colours, I suppose, but a very different vibe. It should be arriving tomorrow, along with my first ever Twilly :)

Could somebody help with this scarf: what is the name of the size/ shape? Design?
It is a losange shape scarf, no idea if authentic but seems to look like something from the mens collection
Losanges dont (for the most part) have artists, or titles. Eg a sales tag might call one losange geometrique (geometric dessign losange) - a description of the producte, not a title like Brides de Gala

Hello all. I have a quick question to which I cannot find an answer online or on this forum. I have purchased several Hermes scarves at Hermes boutiques, and they all have a vibrant side and a dull side. Recenty, however, after doing a lot of research on the design, I purchased what I believe is a vintage Sangles online from a luxury reseller. It has the fold over tag from the late '70s, early '80s, and the copyright after the Hermes Paris signature at the bottom. But both sides are equally vibrant—there is no dull side. Is this normal for some vintages or does it automatically signify a fake? Thanks so much!

The vibrancy on the back should never match the front; however, there are some authentic Sangles that are quite bright on the back. In the future, please submit your questions to the authentication thread prior to purchase.

Thank you so much—I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Yup, I would have submitted to the authentication site, but based on all my research and the site photos, the scarf looked authentic and I didn't have any qualms. There were no photos of the back, but it never occurred to me that there might be Hermes scarves with near equally vibrant backs. In all other respects, this scarf looks to be the real deal. Thanks again, I'm learning something every day!

I recently got into Hermes silk but actually owned my first piece from more than 10 years ago --- dear Mom framed a 90cm silk to decorate my room. It would be really great if someone knows the name of this scarf, when it came out and any story behind the design. Thank you!
