I love Hermes kaftans and am so tempted to buy but they always look ridiculous on me! Do you alter them in anyway? Looks great on you!
Thank you ! I think this dress could have been altered bc there wasn’t a specific pattern — thankfully I did not need it. I find that if I get a size 34 ( my usual rtw size is 36) I can manage without alteration - for the short sleeve tunics anyway .. using a belt helps and also depends on the shoe
But agree I think the kaftans are amazing and forever pieces !

Good time of day everyone! A few threads are unraveling on this top. The inner one I’m not worried about but the outer one I don’t want to just cut. I bought the stop in January. I texted my SA yesterday, it shows read, but no reply. So I’m not sure if she’s still thinking about what to do or something like this is not her problem.
It’s very stretchy so I don’t think regular cleaners would do a good job. Should my store have somebody they recommend or do they normally handle this themselves? It’s my first ready to wear issue.

Your store should have a local tailor who can easily fix this. I would bring it in.

My SA sent a damaged woolen pullover (unraveling seam) of mine to a local tailor  I did not pay anything and got the jersey back after one week. But I did not text her, I showed her when I was buying stuff. Her first answer was "go to tailor xx" as she mentioned (probably my face was telling her) that I am not willing to go by myself and pay for this (the pullover was only two weeks old) she quickly said "we will fix that".
