@_queenbee, @textilegirl,

FYI, the material is stretchy like ski pants. The pants have a reinforced waistband that doesn’t stretch, so you feel held in. Pic below shows just how stretchy

also, dye lot is not a concern for me, as i bought them to be worn as travel separates. But I did buy these two items together at the same time. Different dye lots. It’s not really noticeable to the average person who might be having lunch with me lol. But, our members tend to be very detail oriented, so I thought I would mention it. Tagging @Bdbunny , @haute okole , @nymeria , and @DR2014 (individuals who might have considered this info as an interesting data point :smile:

ETA: brunello and Dior both make more refined trousers, (the work is in the cut rather than stretch, and the fabric is better), but both are more expensive. For some things, Hermes is relatively well priced. However, the H synthetic is several steps above Courreges (which I also love, at six times the price)

@sparklehop , I tried on a bathing suit a few years ago, and it seemed to be cut small. I didn’t buy it bc there was insufficient structure. (And I’m not super well endowed in the chest region. I think H bathing suits (and perhaps chanel) were made by Eres, but I’m not sure. If you have any of their lingerie perhaps its a similar fit.

@880 Thank you for sharing all these info. Are the jacket and pants TTS? Thanks again.

I have a relatively thick waist for my height. These are not egregiously huge like recent H sizing (where I can easily fit into a 34-36; and I haven’t been a true 34 for decades). The H jacket and pants are a F36 (I also took a 36 in last years Nero cargo zip pants). In Dior pants and skirts, I wear an F40 (but am probably between an F40-42 because of the waist. In Chanel, I’m a size F38 in tailored pants, and in some denim 36-38. In Brunello pants, Im a pretty solid It38. HTH :smile:

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has swimwear and can tell me how it fits? I like the one pieces especially, but concerned if they're not lined or how they're proportioned (I'm under 5'2" as a reference and essentially boobless haha). Is it worth trying on? thanks in advance for any feedback :smile:
I am 5'6" and have 1 one piece. it fits me wonderfully. Thick enough, does not cut into sides, moves well

In case it’s helpful I thought I would share my RTW swim experience from today. I was disappointed most of the one-pieces didn’t have lining or the ability to add cups: those were immediately ruled out for me.

The bikinis come with cups in an adorable pouch. I was surprised to land at a size 38… since I’m generally a 34 and swimming (pun intended) half the time in the RTW. I don’t like skin tight bathing suits (this definitely isn’t one for ocean waves)! The cups on the 36 were a little too small for my comfort level and I didn’t mind more coverage on the bottom (however the bikinis are actually sold as separate pieces in store, online they aren’t).

Hope this helps someone!

Tagging you here carolle because my SA and I are working on this sweater; did you find that the pattern didn't show up as well in the black version? I very much like the etaupe but could use (another) black sweater so I'm interested in your thoughts, thanks!
Agree. The black does not show the H pattern well. I like it that way because it is more understated. The reason why I said I like the etaupe better is because I have too many black sweaters. But they did not have it in the store when I got mine.

Thanks for your assessment. I'll make the call if my SA manages to track one down in black. I quite like the pattern which is why I opted for the white version of the long coat; I felt it was lost in the black.
