I usually store my bags, jewelry, and valuables in the carry on. I played around a bit and the larger compartment could fit a maximum bag size of a k28 retourne along with a k25 or b25 comfortably. On the zippered side, it only has a 2 inch clearance so it could only fit the mini Constance, mini k, or clutches.

Hi, I just put the cargo RMS and the regular RMS on my bathroom scale (so not sure of accuracy) and both were 9.2 lbs.
My previous Tumi carry-on was in the 11 pound range so this one feel much lighter! Also the capacity of the RMS is less, which means I can't stuff it with as much stuff, so my packed bag is lighter as I'm trying to hoist it into the overhead bins.

We are about to go on an international trip and plan on taking the new trolley (not the cargo) so will give an update after my trip!

If you're looking for lightweight, the Rimowa Essential Lite is only 4.41 lbs FYI.

I do not own the RMS 12H bag but have seen it a few times while visiting H stores on my travels. It's a medium size bag and in one of the stores, it was displayed sitting on top of the RMS suitcase just like the image below. As the strap length is adjustable, I believe one can shorten it to have it be attached more securely over the handle of one's suitcase.

I just got pricing on this 12H bag. It is $5400 USD. It will also come in an all black version.
