Let's use the ribbon on the handcuffs for the BAN island police ! Then prisoners can spend their time weaving baskets and other arts and crafts using the ribbons. Sell them in the flea market to exchange for H money when their sentence is over.

This is absolutely brilliant! I've always wanted one of these. Will be moving to a new place soon and will definitely try to do something similar. Thank you for the inspiration!
I am currently trying to think of what to do with my orange boxes, carrier bags and ribbons. Inspired by a dear TPf friend (you know who you are!) I used all of 2 ribbons for these Moleskin notebooks. "Bolduc" notebook in my favourite Rouge H and orange "box". Only 1500 more ribbons to go!
