Sorry. That is what I meant - choosing between the row and Hermes. I was fully prepared to get the banana bag but now I‘m not so sure anymore. I love your green version…

I totally understand your hesitation! If it helps, I’ve bought it at Hermes.com - maybe you’ll find another one available, they seem to be uploading quite a lot of bags this month to the online store! Fingers crossed for you 🤗🙏

Have anyone come across Petite Course in Etoupe but GHW?

Am contemplating either to get gold epsom ghw or etoupe phw? Any thoughts? Please help!

I was offered Etoupe, GHW, Epsom leather.

Depend on your personal style of course but I will say that GHW pop on Etoupe in a neutral yet classy way. Nothing against PHW but on Etoupe, it washes it out a bit, like feel plain. I owned 4 bags in Etoupe: 3 GHW and 1 PHW, I tend to use the bags with GHW more.

Thanks for your suggestions! I went with Gold Petite course with GHW! Love the pop of color and I’ve always prefer GHW over PHW! Anyone have pictures of “charming” up your petite course wit rodeo or any charms and if anyone knows if there is a bag liner for this particular bag?

I have the dumbest question re: the Petite Course, ugh. I picked one up secondhand in Asia a couple of weeks ago in box noir w PHW, it's lovely. I need help adjusting the straps (smh)!

It was purchased by the Seller with the strap on the smallest setting, allowing the bag to be used as a shoulder bag. I'd like to crossbody it. The strap is a pin on a fixed buckle with a leather strap "floating" over this fixed metal piece. I believe I should pop the leather off the pin and float the strap to the new length, then push the pin back in the strap where the desired hole is punched. Seems easy, right?

I have tugged and pulled at this strap to try to get it off that pin. I have pushed from below, lifted from the sides and whispered words of encouragement to this beautiful leather strap. I'm at the point where I am legitimately concerned about softening the leather around the pin hole and/or ruining the edge of the strap from all the manipulation.

Can any of you who've done this either post a video or explain in excrutiating detail how you did it?

Thank you!

Oh lord. I worked on this strap (including hunting for videos or instructions in various forums) for a good 45 minutes before posting. Then literally 2 minutes after posting, I got it! I pushed up, sort of equally, from below (where the metal pin is), to release the strap. Tah-dah!
